El Patio Spanish Language School

I've been studying at El Patio since the start of 2020, and found the instruction excellent. Classes are online now and they managed the transition really effectively and professionally. Highly recommend! Gracias El Patio and especially Zoé!

I've completed two Spanish courses at El Patio and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their teachers and the content of the course. I'll be continuing on to my third course to extend by Spanish learning experience.

EXPERT EFFECTIVE TUITION IN A RELAXED AND ENJOYABLE ENVIRONMENT. I highly recommend El Patio. The teachers are excellent and the lessons are well paced, not too fast or slow. I'd previously tried learning Spanish with a well-know language app, but found it slow going and not useful for real life. I've learned more in 5 lessons at El Patio than I did with 3 months of daily app use. So happy I've found this place

I love learning Spanish at El Patio! I've been at the school for almost four years now and I really enjoy the weekly classes. All the teachers are fabulous, especially Isidro, as are the school staff. There's a great mix of grammar, conversation, listening and writing exercises in class and it's always fun. El Patio sends your homework to you if you miss a class and they send newsletters to keep you updated on Spanish related activities around Melbourne. I would highly recommend El Patio as a great place to learn Spanish.

Great place to learn Spanish. Highly competent teachers and great environment to learn. You are usually able to do catch up classes if you miss one, and they are always quick to respond to emails. They even send your homework to you too! The newsletter offers further opportunities to keep up to date with events and activities that are happening in the Spanish speaking community. Highly recommended!

El Patio has exceeded my expectations as a language school. I came into it with three years of Spanish language studies at University and thought I was only gonna stay for one term. But I enjoy the classes so much that I am now considering enrolling on my third term of the Superior level. The teaching is extremely high quality but also very engaging. I have definitely kept improving my skills, especially speaking wise. Further, the fun and friendly class environment makes learning Spanish even more appealing. We receive a lot of support from our teachers but they also value our independence in they way we progress in the study of a language. I cannot stress enough how great El Patio is. I highly recommend choosing it as your go-to place for learning Spanish at all levels

I can't recommend El Patio highly enough.

I had been trying to learn a little by myself and was super nervous about practicing with other people.

I finally took the plunge, signed up for classes, and I don't regret a thing! The course is well structured and allows you to progress as quickly, or slowly, as you need. The classes are fun too, which makes learning a lot more comfortable.

El Patio is the language school that makes you feel at home as soon as you enter the door. The class sizes are small and the staff are knowledgeable and are fantastic educators. I would definitely recommend this Spanish school to anyone!

El mejor escuela de idiomas que he conocido! Such an amazing place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I've tried learning languages before over the years but El Patio is the only place I've stuck with time and again. The staff and students share an infectious enthusiasm that make learning Spanish ridiculously enjoyable. Mi favorita!

I've thoroughly enjoyed studying español with El Patio. They always respond to my emails, send out the homework for classes that I miss and even let me attend catchup classes. There is something for everyone with a conversational focus to learning Spanish! The more you put in, the more you will get out of El Patio Spanish! You can also bring food and wine.win win!

El Patio has ensured that the group of students we started with has stayed together for two years, meaning that we have built friendships with our classmates and enjoy a glass or two of wine each week while learning!

I love my Spanish lessons at El Patio - learning is made fun with activities and there is a lot of opportunity to practise your speaking in addition to learning the usual grammar/conjugations/etc. I initially planned to try just one term and now a year later I have no plans of stopping - largely in part to my awesome teacher Isidro. The staff and students are all very friendly, overall a great place to learn Spanish.
