Highly recommend eastern vitality, I have been seeing Chris for acupuncture and he has been amazing during treatments and I trust all of his recommendations, I have already seen great results!

Chris and the team have been a tremendous support throughout my whole pregnancy journey from conception to delivery plus every ailment in between. Couldn't have done it without Chris, we feel very lucky to have had such a caring and knowledgeable support person to have shared our journey with.

I went and saw Mike for labour induction acupuncture from 37 weeks onwards. I was really keen to do all that I could to prepare my body and encourage spontaneous labour because my midwives were talking about the possibility of inducing me early due to baby's size. The acupuncture sessions were targeted at ripening my cervix and stimulating areas using electrodes that would encourage the bearing down of my uterus. I had 5 sessions in total. The electrotherapy was great mental preparation for me as Mike took me through waves of pain that are meant to mimic contractions. I was able to practice my breathing and I felt very calm. In the end, I was induced after not going into labour following my waters breaking but my labour was only 7 hours long and I felt totally in control - I put it down to my mental preparation, of which the acupuncture played a big part. I've been seeing Chris at Eastern Vitality for almost 10 years now, predominantly for some of my woman's issues. He has also helped my dad with his sciatica problem.

Chris was also great in helping me overcome some hard times via acupuncture treatments when I was experiencing chronic tension headache a few years ago.

So helpful! I had two sessions of labor induction acupuncture and I went into spontaneous labor the evening after the second session. It definitely prepared me in how to breathe and keep calm during labor as well. Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely recommend.

As a person with phobia of needles, I was very sceptical at first with getting an acupuncture treatment. My lack of understanding of what acupuncture can help with didn’t make the decision to get a treatment any easier. After suffering from years of shoulder pain due to sitting in the office for hours each day, I consulted Chris and decided to get my first acupuncture. I now receive regular acupuncture treatment in addition to doing some neck & shoulder stretches for my shoulder pain.

I went to see Mike with my pregnancy for acupuncture. For a first time pregnancy I was already stressed and concerned, but after seeing mike i always felt relaxed after a session. The clinic has a very calming and comfortable environment. My labour was only 2 hours which to my surprise was very quick for a first baby. Would definitely recommend to future mums!

Highly recommend! I was skeptical at first but I genuinely feel such a difference after accupuncture and cupping, completed by Mike.
