Chris has been absolutely amazing. I saw him 4 times during the last two weeks of my pregnancy and he helped me prepare for the natural and unassisted birth I was hoping for. I felt so relaxed after every session. He is a great practitioner with such a calm nature that I will keep recommending to others!

I have seen him now for both of my pregnancies and could not recommend him higher.
In my first pregnancy I saw him from 36/37 weeks for labour prep, I had about 4 sessions - the last one being on a Saturday morning and I went into labour on the Sunday night (a few days before my due date.) I had quick labour and great birth.
In my 2nd pregnancy, we had moved but Eastern Vitality is absolutely worth the 35 min drive.
I first saw Chris again at about 28 weeks with sciatic pain that neither a chiropractor or osteopath had been able to help me with. 1 session with Chris and I was 95% fixed, after my 2nd session it was gone and I felt the best I had the whole pregnancy. We then worked on preparation for birth - this time at 39 weeks my water broke at 2am - I had an appointment at lunchtime and asked Chris to help me get things going. Halfway through my appointment contractions started, and 3 hours later our baby had arrived.

Chris is kind, warm and welcoming and the first thing I suggest to friends and family who are expecting is to go see him!

I’ve been attending Eastern Vitality for a number of years and can not recommend them highly enough. I started with Chinese medicine and acupuncture for Rosacea, after laser treatment was unsuccessful. Chris listened and honestly explained all my options. I was so self conscience but now, due to the amazing progress, thanks to Chris I have minimal redness. I had accupressure completed here by Mike J Gomez for my second pregnancy to bring on labour. After one session I went into early labour and after a second session I went into active labour and went on to have a natural birth 12 hours later. He was knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to induce labour once their pregnancy is full term. Great service
