It was a Christmas function and we had so much fun. The food was lovely and the service was great.

Not value for money, meats dry and tasteless. Plenty of food if you wanted to eat it. Very disappointed.

Never go there again. The service was terrible, my partner and I were seated at a poorly lit table. The waiter didn't look happy. Listen to me, no matter what unpleasant things happen to you, I pay to eat not to see your ugly face. The small bread in the appetizer needs to be replaced. I said for the first time that please replace it and waited for 20 minutes without replacement. Later, I told another person to replace it. The waiter dropped the used fork into my shopping bag when collecting the tableware. Do you have Parkinson's syndrome? I really don't want to hold you accountable, it would just be a waste of my time. Some of the food is also terrible. The chicken and lamb kebabs were burnt and tasted bitter. Is the specialty of your restaurant called bitter meat skewers? The coffee was almost unpalatable. There are also desserts, the sugar content is too high to eat. At the end of the meal one of the waiters asked how was everything? What do you want me to say? Everything is ok? Will you give me my money back if I say no? Certainly not! You should save your useless way of asking to greet yourself! I understand that you bought desserts outside, not made by yourself. Could you please buy some good desserts outside? Please go to other good restaurants to try and improve. Bad food and poor service.

We had high expectations but were disappointed. The entrees were excellent but the mains were bland. Our favorite local Lebanese closed down and we tried this based on recommendations but we'll have to keep looking

We always come here for family birthdays. The food is always exceptional, authentic middle eastern food that always hits the right spots. Tonight, we were served by the lovely Lauren who provided extraordinary service, attended to our every need/request with a big beautiful smile and kind demeanour making a great experience even better. Could not recommended this place enough!

My bf and I used to go here at lot. The staff are very nice and the service is always excellent. However, we noticed last week that the falafel are totally different to what they used to be. They are brown inside (usually more green) and had a real pungent smell. We asked the waitress who told us that the ingredients change from time to time. It was a bit disappointing because we couldn't finish them. The rest of the meal is nice, but some of the dishes were very salty. I just felt that it wasn't the same as it used to be a few years ago. We have seen the prices creep up over the years, I am not sure we will be going often, maybe once a year. I'd recommend it, but just be very mindful that it's expensive. They used to have the best falafel which we would get for takeaway but it's a shame it's changed.: (

Highly recommend Dunyazad. I’ve been multiple times this week already. The sambousik and vine leaves are a must. I had the shish tawook tonight and it came with a fasoolya khadra style side dish, which was delicious! The baklava was great too. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Customer service attitude in on sky, people can't even be good waiters these days. Someone speaks nicely can make your bad day a good one and vice versa.

The crew at Dunyazad graciously helped provide catering for our surprise baby shower. RAF and the team were incredibly accommodating, and came highly recommended from one of my close mates! I had high expectations, and I was not disappointed! The food was amazing, delicious, generous portions, all guests had their fill and then some! Can’t recommend these guys enough! Truly great people providing the community with truly great food!:)

Last minute decision to eat Lebanese and stumbled upon this place on Google. Wasn't expecting much but it hit all the right spots! Dunyazad has an extensive menu and made it very difficult to decide on what dishes to get. We had baba ghannouj & tabbouleh to dip the bread in which was a treat. We added some cabbage rolls and lamb in filo pastry. These were so delicious and perfectly balanced. They were really generous with these. Got some amazing shawarma and kibbee. Both dishes were soo flavourful, well spiced and nice and smokey. I especially loved the flavoured rice that came with it

Delicious food, excellent service and amazing entertainment. Best place for special occasions or just to have a fun night.

We ordered the open banquet. It was amazing. The beef and chicken were very tender. The dips were very smooth and you just wanted more.
Make sure you check the bill doesn't include items you have reordered as with the open banquet reorders are included.

Great food, and plenty of it. Good atmosphere and wonderful staff. Giving them five stars because I can't give them six.

Had a great time at Dunyazad! The food tasted fantastic and the portions were good too. The manager Viki and the other staff were friendly, informative and pleasant.
They were very sweet and even gifted us some halwa at the end of the night - which made our day. Definitely will be coming here often!

Service was appalling. The manager had no customer service. He was very rude when we queried why our food was taking a long time to come out. I advise to check the bill as more was added.

Restaurant seemed to be run in a disorganised manner in regards to staff, there were always a bunch of staff around not doing much just standing around by the entrance or drinks bar, service was very slow and very forgetful. We waited 15+ minutes anytime we requested anything, even if it was a mistake they made that they were fixing. Our mains also came out cold after the kitchen forgetting to even make it for us (we had a the banquet), so it clearly wasn’t fresh. Won’t be going there again.

This was the worst $100 ever spent on really bad food. We had things left off our order after we had paid we realized and it was generally a shambles. Overpriced soulless food. Do not recommend.
