Since registering in 2019, I've processed nearly 5,000 orders.
Overall the products and services NewAim / Dropshipzone offer are very good. They dispatch 99.9% orders same or next day using known couriers and AusPost to ensure products are delivered quickly to customers.
Upon registering, you're assigned an Account Executive who assists quickly with any delivery questions, postage quotes or enquiries not specific to customer service issues
Most products are of reasonable quality though be aware a small number of products (~2-3%) do arrive with defects or quality issues. These issues can quickly bias your mind that their products are no good, mostly because customers contact you if there are issues, customers very rarely contact you when everything is all good.
Overseas based English fluent customer service answer email enquiries within 24 hours. They are well aware of Australian Consumer Law. They follow a strict template and escalation process, which is excellent because you know exactly what to expect when you contact them. Provide all the requested information in the first instance to reduce email correspondence. Likewise to CS, please ask all relevant questions in first response.
Even though their postage calculator shows Free Shipping for some products to certain postcodes, extra postage still needs to be paid. Please work on this to reduce customer disappointment.
I recommend DSZ for beginner resellers who have a low budget, don't want to hold any inventory and need an established website with a wide range of SKUs to kickstart their dropshipping business. 4/5

Dropshipzone has been a great partner for our business growth. We have processed over 1000 orders with Dropshipzone so far and it has been a great experience with them. They keep up with the next day shipping promise and ship 99% of orders next day. Very reliable. Customer service team is professional and very specific with their responses. Usually you get a response within 24 hrs and that is great service level in Australia. During busy times it may go up to 48 hrs but they are very good at giving a practical solution efficiently. Our account manager has been very supportive and resolve any issues efficiently in a timely manner. Dropshipzone is a reliable business partner.
