The most reliable dropship service out there for Australia. The only thing I would improve is to integrate with Bigcommerce.

I would say Dropshipzone is a number One B2B in Australia and I have been using this service for the last few years. Their service from product sales to delivery or return/refund or resolve issues very quietly. I am super happy with their service and support. Any issue at my client end, they have provided solutions within SLA. They have a wide range of products, and they are easy to import, update in just a few clicks. Our Account Manager Novia is highly experienced and manages any issue and advice for sale increase for my store. She handles recent copyright infringement issues very wisely. I appreciate her and her organisation's help.

There are some good offerings with Dropship. However i feel that the adding of SKU's is cumbersome, not able to add on the product is a miss. I also wish that their was integration with Square as it can be time consuming to manually load items into my store. I have noticed that the shipment notification is a bit slow at times but i guess that can happen from time to time. The emails and site has a bit of a old school vibe, i think a few tweaks and upgrades would benefit the overall experience. After sales service is helpful:)

Honestly, its the perfect place if your looking to start a website, customer service is great, enquiries are quick to be rectified. A couple of suggestions, if stock is going to be discontinued when the inventory hits 0, i think there should be a way dropshipzone can unbind it from your sofortig app and pull it from the store at the same time, otherwise it just sits there out of stock. Second is, price updates dont automatically update our store? Ive had numerous times where customers are mid checkout and i go into the sofortig app to check for updates, and put them through, then i get a call from the customer saying the price went up, i think if that could be automated, this app would be amazing. If those suggestions were put forward and made possible, i would happily pay a monthly fee of $20 or $30 a month. Other than that, its very good, keep it up

At the start I had difficulty using the app but with Danier's help and assistance everything became easier. It's great to have Danier all i need to do is email and my response is replied within 15 minutes. Would be great if we could customise the package or have a thank you card placed in the package from the store the customers purchased the product. Great variety of products too:)
