Im Alexandra's husband who also uses the same doctors and I was very impressed with the way in which I am treated and felt like the only patient being seen that day with the doctor knowing my history. I am happy to pay the extra which is not bulk billed. Adrian

A really nice family clinic, the doctor was lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great professional people to deal with. I travel 20 mins to get there. Podiastrist Brandon had me walking pain free within a week after recommending just the shoes I needed. With ongoing execises Im looking forward to a carefree unrestricted life again.

I absolutely love my doctor at this clinic but the reception staff are horrendous. I honestly am looking at changing clinics based on their cold cold nasty attitudes. These ladies need to realize they are dealing with sick people, people who have personal issues. If you don’t like dealing with the public…. Don’t work with the public! They have been horrible every single time I call and it doesn’t matter how much you “kill them with kindness” it almost makes them nastier. No empathy and no compassion. Today I ended a call that left me in tears. That’s just not right I’m afraid.

I received a text to call the clinic regarding my blood tests done last week. I made a Telehealth appointment after work at 4: 30pm as I’m unable to have my phone with me at work. I waited for the call, after 5pm I realised the clinic was already closed and thought that the GP would not call me. Her call came in at 5: 25pm but I was at the shops and didn’t hear it. I called the clinic back within 5 minutes but it went to their after hours service. I was not expecting an hour delay and especially half an hour after hours. I couldn’t call in the following day as I leave for work before their clinic opens and come back well after they are shut. I managed to call the day after hoping to follow up what had occurred only to be lectured that: “She’s been doing this for 15 years now and that the onus is always on the patient when they can’t keep their allocated time appointment”. I explained that I was available on given time appointment but was told that it’s my fault anyway and that she is unable to make the GP call me today, which by the way I never even asked her to do. She then basically told me to stop taking because the only way forward for me to do the right thing (apparently I did something wrong) and to make another appointment, this was followed by: “but your GP is unavailable for the rest of this week and on leave next week so I won’t be able to help you any time soon with her” I was then given another Telehealth appointment with another GP and instructed to be available for the call on time again. The receptionist was careless, thoughtless and rude. I thought they had the duty of care for my health but it doesn’t seem that way.

Always consistently excellent Drs. Ive also been seeing the podiatrist recently who has resolved my heel pain very quickly with shockwave therapy and orthotics. Highly recommend his service

I am very happy with this clinic - have been here a few times now, I only had to wait longer once, nice clean facilities and friendly staff, Dr Nik Katelis is a great doctor.

When you walk in there is a huge green sign directing you to “patient check in” I followed the steps and checked myself in, I then proceeded to sit in the waiting room pacing around for an hour with a sick seven month old baby, I approached the reception to ask how much longer I could be expected to wait only to be told I “hadn’t notified anyone I was there” I am sorry, maybe the huge sign directing everyone to check themselves in should be removed and next time reception might benefit from doing a quick scan around the room and observing patients who have been sitting around for more than an hour. Go to Beachside Practise.
