Very rude receptionist. I called first time today and the lady on reception said they are not taking any new customers until March 2024.and was so condescending with her phone manner.very rude!

My own doctor was away so I had an appointment with Dr Li
What a delightful man- very thorough and so pleasant. Asked all the right questions and made me feel very comfortable

I saw a new doctor today and he was really lovely. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

As Always With My Long Time Favourite Medical Centre, The Staff are Highly Organised, Supremely Efficient and Very Friendly.

Dromana Family Doctors a friendly local clinic I've personally gone to for over 20 years, had a few different GPs along the way and all have been helpful and understanding.
The girls at reception are also very nice and when my little dog was alive they would take him behind the counter and spoil him when I was seeing the doctors.
Recent business practice changes and the cessation of Bulk Billing has had an impact on the patients specially the elderly who struggle to get by as is.
So apart from that yeah there pretty good.

Telephone consult was not on time. One and half hours late. Was unable to take call due another appointment. Very poor time management of appointments.

Brilliant “family” doctors who care about you & your family. Right advice at the right time and amazing kind support staff. Dromana residents are very lucky to have this amazing team of doctors in our midst.

Lovely friendly reception and really helpful medical attention. I had a nurse sit with me after my medical appointment to submit a care plan and she was also efficient and friendly.

Asked by the doctor to come back today to pick up medical certificate from a previous appointment. I came in and med cert wasn’t ready. Receptionist sent message to doctor requesting my med cert. I went shopping, came back in 45 mins to another nurse at Reception telling me it’s not ready we will email it to you. I asked her to message the doctor but she refused, asked her to call doctor but she refused. Two visits for nothing. Absolutely no flexibility. So angry.

I have been seeing Dr Nick for over 10 years and have been at this clinic for more and the receptionist are the most caring and supportive people I’ve met and my doctor has always been very supportive and helpful to get my life back on track not only is everyone wonderful but they also work so hard under pressure it’s a huge credit to them again. They all work tirelessly to Help and support everyone in the community we as a community should also support and give them gratitude respect and support and understanding for what they do for us. We have attended for many years lately more often following Dr Martinez who has help myself and my husband many times, a very good caring doctor.
Brandon is a very knowledgeable podiatrist, the nurses and receptionists allways willing to help, we have had our skin checked with Dr Eshara yearly also a great and caring doctor.

I know all GPs are known for their empathy when dealing with their customers, however, I have Never felt so at ease divulging ANY details with my GP at Dromana Family Doctors any of the personal issues or illnesses I have had to deal with in my life.
That's a first for me.
I also know my issues or concerns ARE listened to and acced upon, accordingly.

Can't speak more highly of Dr Daniel and Dr Eileen at this practise. The receptionists and admin staff are always polite & professional - although under pressure, a little short staffed at times.

Saw the podiatrist, Dr. Brendan. He was very knowledgeable and has set up a care plan. Would recommend him.

Had an appointment with my doctor today. Was very satisfied. My appointment time was pungtual, the service and time spent with me, explaining things, was very satisfactory. I walked away very happy.

Thanks it was wonderful. So caring And was great to talk on the phone with doctor. And not have to go into the doctors when your unwell. And spread the virus when your sick.sure a wonderful idea with the telecom

Disgusting waste of time waited 45+mins for an appointment. Kotte was rude, would not listen or attempt to work with me, just want me to redo test I already and waste my time while creating a great income for himself. Our health should not be about their incomes.

Very friendly and understanding. Always ready to assist in any way they can.
Very happy with all the staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience, friendly reception staff, spacious covid friendly foyer for waiting, excellent Doctor (Dr Eileen Habashi) who was attentive, supportive and understanding. Lovely nurse Terri who put me at ease. Thank you to all at Dromana Family Drs for doing such a great job!
