Food is great. Quite crowded during peak times and gets very loud and busy. Perfectly relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your bowl of hotpot during lunch hours when it is not busy. They seem to have reduced the intensity of their spicy broths over the past few months. Current mild spiciness level is even more mild than it was before they changed it etc.

Went for dinner.
Very very cold. No heaters on!
Front door was left open, for what?
Icy cold. Food ok. Experience bad

Very bad my child could not enter because he looked like he is in high school but he is in primary school

If you crave for a quick hotpot, then this is the place you want to go for. It can be quite expensive especially if you take a lot of it, but the variety of choices is great.

Best hotpot ever.
Getting pricey though, as it gets more popular.
But still highly recommended

Great selection of ingredients and snappy service. Just wish there was a bit more space around the middle tables.

If you are looking at Chinese hot pot this maybe the place for you. If you are looking for steam boat where you cook your selection it is not. If it's a cold winter night and you like sitting in the wind and cold with no heat under a marquee in the car park this maybe the place for you.

Not as good as the one in the city. Somehow getting approximately the same amount of toppings cost $10 more.
They wanted to charge 50 cents for a take away container afterwards. First restaurant I have been to that charges additional fee for takeaway.

Had signature hot pot today! The soup was not very spicy today compared to before. I always get the hot one but its spiciness changes every time i order +and taste changes too. Ordered two kinds of meat - beef and pork - and tofu skin but i could barely find meat and only tofu skins. Everything including soup still tastes amazing as always despite it not being spicy.

The food is amazing but received the worst kind of customer service ever.the girl in question was soo rude that I couldn't resist but note down her name. Regardless of race, colour or ethnicity, we are all customers, I doubt if I will go to this store anytime soon. But overall, the food is always amazing.

The hot pot soup bases all have peanuts in them! They have a small label saying "may contain traces of peanuts or nuts" which I'm normally fine with but in reality they DO CONTAIN peanuts. They staff were very nice and gave me a full refund so I cant rate them too badly. Please do not have the hot pot here if you are allergic to peanuts.

Did a take away with door dash and they made a mistake with the order. Called them and they handled it extremely well, were very cleary apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome, which I was. And the food was good as usual. Would definitely recommend them for their service and food.

My husband drove all the way to Glen Waverley to have a takeaway order. Only to realize at home that your staff did not put the soup in the bag. How are we supposed to eat all the ingredients chosen without the soup base? Tried to ring the Glen Waverley shop but it always went to the mailbox. Very disappointed.

More space seating wise compared to the other DHP. Make sure you put something down on your table when you get allocated one or else some rude International will just jack it.

They didn't have the noodles on display. Was brought out as I was paying. Asked if I could add some, my selection literally still on the table. She couldn't. Her reason "I've already printed the ticket". A few strands of noodles. Paying over $35 for the serving, surely of you had a system limitation, you could give a few free strands.

Food being average, price on the mid-high side, I won't be revisiting.

Great hotpot place super good for groups with different dietary requirements! It is hard to keep track of spending as it is done by weight but the food was delicious. Had to wait a bit to get in, not too big of a deal. Would definitely come back!

While eating here I'm expecting all of the ingredients to be clean. It just so happened that when I was grabbing some baby octopus they look clean and safe to eat. When my dish came back to me one of the octopus had some bits of sand in it. It maybe it was just that one piece of seafood and was very unlucky. I just hope the management would clean seafood twice just to make sure there are no remaining sand.

The Signature Ma La Tang is a must try and can get very spicy. But don't expect the service to be as good. Although we were served water at door by a nicer waitress, not all the staff there are that nice.

Love the food
probably needs more space to accommodate more customers
Would be great if they made it 24/7 like the city stores
