Really enjoy the soup bases here, but not a huge fan of the dry stir-fry sauce. Great range of ingredients to choose from.

Bonus compliment: their takeaway containers look pretty cool.

Paid $80 for two ppl, prices are ridiculous at this location.also put in 4 noodles and seemed like there was only 1.was nice yet very expensive.would recommend other locations instead.

Great concept and decent food. The have a great selection of raw ingredients that you put in a pot yourself, then hand to the counter. You then choose your base and let them cook it. Mala hot is not that spicy but has a nice kick. My only gripe is the pricing. For the amount you pay, you can just about go to an all you can eat hot pot (roughly $25pp).

Had the stir fry style. Food was OK for me. Too salty and didn't really have the mala sensation. Probably because there was less Sichuan peppercorn spice used in the cooking.

One of the staff is very rude, her name is Laura.when we enter the place, she was with a poker face。then after we order the food, we forgot to grab the Number plate.she walked to us and told me you need to get the Number plate from the counter, where she comes from.i asked my son to get it.he only grab one of them and didn't know there are two. (we sit in same table) later we were waiting for the dishes, a Number plate was thrown on our table, with a big noise.it was made of metal, pretty heavy, almost hit my son's finger.my son was shocked.i asked her why she did this with a such rude attitude? She just said she didn't.no apologize.i was unhappy then told her we are not going to eat here, please do a refund.she said no problem and refund to us.i feel sorry for the boss of the restaurant, they just lose customer and money for the staff's mistake, who doesn't care at all.

After my partner and kids took some convincing to give this a try, we all came out very pleased, satisfied and wanting to try more. The veges were fresh and assorted and ordered with the popular signature as well as hot and sour, both dishes delicious and flavourful.
Only item lacking from the ingredients was for some cold cut chicken to the meat selection.

Been to this place a few times and every time we go, workers are really rude and give us attitude for no reason.

Always love coming here for some hotpot (where you don't need to cook yourself because we are too lazy: P)

I come to this place on a weekly basis all the way from the northern suburbs. Great food, great staff and great location. Would highly recommend

Absolutely one of my favourite dragon hot pot places. Staff are lovely, food variety is always great and the turn around time for food is immaculate. Love love love this place

Alright, hear me out.
At dragon hot pot, you pick your own ingredients, then weight it and the kitchen cook it for you. So all the raw ingredients is display for everyone to pick. Not only the staff members bring the raw ingredients out without wearing gloves. One staff dropped a frozen udon on the floor, picked it up and put it back in the display tray with the rest of the frozen udon. Instead of taking the whole tray back, she just left the dirty udon with all the other foods to only come back 2-3 mins later to remove the udon trays (Anyone could have grab the dropped udon while she was gone). I guarantee you, she probs bought the tray to the back, and just chuck out the one frozen udon and re-serve the rest (contaminated udon).
Staffs lack basic hygiene knowledge. I wouldn’t come back here even if someone pay me.

It's a great restaurant idea. You gather the ingredients you like in a pot and they cook it for you with the degree of spiciness you choose. We often do hotpot at home, but here I feel for once I can have whatever and however much I like without having to worry that no one else likes them. I must say not all the ingredients on offer are the best quality but I would definitely eat here again just because of the convenience and also the broth is so delicious.

You forgot my noodles. I asked the noodles not to be cooked.ended up not there at all. I asked for more coriander and end up with hardly any in there.need this to be resolved. I paid for the noodles. I tried calling.phone went to Jabana coffee Clayton?

Also I asked for Signature Hot.but you can see from my picture of the soup.it is not Hot! Please don't drop your standards and taste.your Glen store is among one of the few stores that make the soup base good. It's slipping. I have already boycott going to the chadstone one.

I selected crown daisy originally but they changed it to cabbage. EVERY TIME! They change my ordering. Also, today My friend ordered instant noodle in his 7 selection order but we’re surprised that they didn’t even put noodle in there. Can someone explain to me how does this happen every time?
