I was convinced reading the reviews of this page Initially then I came across a review claiming the reviews to be fake and self made. Then I thought for a bit and it made sense. That where other clinics have around 27 to 35 max reviews here in Hair Transplants Melbourne they have over 100 reviews. And all written in a similar fashion made it sure that it was fake. I am looking for a reliable and good clinic to do my Hair transplantation from. I don't care about the money, all I need is quality service. But please don't deceive people like this with fake reviews for you our personal gain and profit. This is not ethically right.

The professional and caring approach was excellent from all the staff. I cannot fault any part of my experience at Dr Paul Spano’s clinic. Everyone person working at the clinic were warm and helpful, the whole experience was wonderful.

Paul and his staff made me feel like family, they went far beyond my expectations on the compassion they gave to me, great people and great work. They will be in my heart for life.

Unfortunately ignored after initial contact and subsequent attempts and attempts at follow-up contact.

Dr Paul Spano is an absolute perfectionist, if I could rate him more stars I would, his team of nurses are amazing to, very clean, professional, friendly, that friendly I felt like I had known everyone for years. After the Facial Team in Spain and a heavily marketed FUE service in Australia both firmly recommend that I should NOT I attempt a hair transplant to fill in my bald temples, Dr Paul Spano of Hair Transplants Melbourne was happy to quote me on 2800 follicles using the FUT technique and was confident that it wouldn't be a problem. As soon as the lockdown was ending he booked the surgery and we went ahead. No pain at all during the surgery under local anesthesia and just slightly annoying discomfort since then; I've taken nothing stronger than ibuprofen. In the end he transferred 2955 follicles (6310 hairs), with no extra charge.

A week and a half later everything is well settled and looking good with not a hint of redness and a suture line that hairdressers will probably have trouble finding once it's fully healed. Now I've just got to wait a few months until growth starts.

Yes, I'm sure I could have spent less overseas, and possibly even in Australia, but I reckon I got great value and an excellent result.

My only suggestion for improvement is that it would have been nice to be introduced to all the staff involved, all of whom were lovely, but I didn't get any names.

Finding a clinic for a hair transplant is a difficult task these days, with every clinic clamming to be “the best. ” After tons of research I decided to go with Dr Spano for a FUE transplant. I am currently on day 2 and love the hairline Dr Spano and team helped with. Currently D2 post-FUE and everything has been going really well. Dr Paul Spano and his team were excellent throughout the entire process. They really made a big and length procedure a lot more comfortable than I expected. Dr Spano has also been really patient in answering the many questions I have for post-op care. I could not recommend Dr Paul Spano and his team highly enough. Paul is an absolute perfectionist and so skilled. He’s also a lovely person who puts you at ease and any anxiety you might have going into a procedure, he quickly quells- he chats away and is just so great at what he does.
