Able to fix issue but broke copier power cord cover just out stitcher over it and said that will be ok

Matthew the Dr. Geek Technician was once again, extremely helpful and calmly told me what needed to be done following a scam and cyber-hack of my computer. He gave me important tips to avoid scams in the future and repaired my computer in a day despite being very busy due to work restrictions coming into force tonight. I am very grateful for his excellent service and care of a very stressed customer and highly recommend him to solve any computer issues in a very timely manner!

My computer crashed and Dr Geek came out the same day. George was fantastic - he quickly diagnosed the issue and had the tools to rescue my data on the spot. He had to take my computer away but left me one of his own so that I could do my urgent work. He brought the computer back when he said he would, fully fixed, and then spent time to upload my data and optimise my settings, including setting up programs to block annoying ads. I would definitely use them again.

I have now used DR Geek for the second time in a month (two unrelated problems) and I could not be happier. They are so professional, know their stuff which includes resolving issues caused by another computer firm and reasonably priced. "Bill" came out both times and he is worth his weight in gold.

While the workers were quite friendly etc. They charge a lot just to open up the computer and took the full price even after I had cancelled my request. In the end, I paid full $55 and got nothing out of it. I couldn't even find out what the problem was.

Fantastic service. Tech clearly knows what his doing and found the problem within 5min. Replaced the broken part and system worked right away. Completed the job under 1hr! Highly Highly Recommend! I have used many other companies and found this one to be the best.
