Dr Geek Computer Repair

I contacted Dr Geek to help me restore a Apple MacBook Air that had been stolen from our business and then returned to me by the Police.

Bill came to my business and tried to work through the problem but decided to take the computer back to the office for further diagnosis. They the returned my laptop to my business ready to be re-instated.

I was only charged the original call-up on site appointment and no extra for the extra time that they had the laptop at their office, nor for the return delivery.

I've had to contact Bill a couple of times since and he's always happy to talk me through what needs to be done.

Bill went above and beyond to resolve the issues, which resulted in a fantastic outcome for us. He is professional and very supportive.

My husband’s computer was taken for a week without actually knowing the problem and it was returned as it is without resolving the issue.

The issue was Apple Mac died and my husband wanted his data to be extracted. It was possible or not was discovered after a week so I don’t rate it’s service as professional.

My husband requested to check the computer as early as possible at extra charges and reply but it was a wait of one week (unfortunately the owner who took the computer met an accident and then his cousin passed away, hence one week passed).

I agree this might not be possible for the computer guy to extract data but holding it that long is not professional.

I've used these guys a number of times and they are fabulous. Very prompt, have all the answers and go above and beyond. They've improved WIFI connectivity in the house, installed new SSD in my computers, performed general maintenance to speed up my computers and fixed email issues. Highly recommend.

I took my computer with some else and they made me pay 230 where the computer wasnt fixed at all. I took it Dr geek, he was so friendly, the price was reasonable and the service was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Daniel was fabulous in setting up my new Surface Pro and was very patient with the issues encountered due to my old laptop and monitor. He gave me some great tips to make my life easier. He should be paid more)

Totally recommended. Having used several different providers in the past, I was very happy with the initial response, speed of response, and speed and efficiency with which they dealt with the issues on my computer. They not only diagnosed the issues but also recommended some additional tools to prevent the issues from recurring. Very approachable, professional, speedy and friendly. Very reasonable pricing, for something we use all the time.

My PC literally blew up sparks and all, called Dr Geek on the morning after and not only did they fix my PC that day, it also came back cleaned and running better than ever. I had an excellent experience with Dr Geek fixing the charging port on my laptop. Matthew was friendly and did an amazing job or a reasonable cost and did so in a timely manner, making sure I had my computer back and in working order before uni went back with online classes.
