I could not speak more highly nor be more grateful for Dr Katz and his team.
I was a patient of Dr Katz mid 2020 due to a Varicocele causing chronic discomfort.
Being a 18 year old male at the time it was affecting both my mental and physical health.
I had already undergone two previous procedures that were performed by other doctors and were unsuccessful.
Dr Katz was professional and approachable ensuring I understood each step of the process.
I do believe if Dr Katz couldn’t assist me no one could.
Three years on from my surgery performed by Dr Katz I no longer have chronic pain and very rarely get any discomfort at all.

I have had two operations under Dr Katz. He was always professional, courteous, and explained the procedures thoroughly including possible side effects. Dr Katz has a personal approach & listens to & values your personal concerns. Dr Katz surgery was instrumental in allowing my wife & I to have a child together after 15years post vasectomy. I highly recommend Dr Katz as both procedures undertaken have been succcessful & had a positive outcome in my life.

I was referred to Dr. Katz for a groin pain. Even though Pathology and CT Scan were normal Dr. Katz investigated further and identified a serious bladder issue. He operated, and now I am on the road to recovery.

I have enjoyed seeing Dr Katz in rooms as a patient for enlarged prostate symptoms numerous times for over a year and a half.

Three hospital-admitted procedures (each completed by Dr Katz) and engaging through Men's Health Melbourne - his practice; my experience was highly positive. The process went smoothly, and the staff were always excellent and supportive. Well-organized, detailed, and patient and time was taken to ensure I was comfortable along the way as the steps progressed.

A special shoutout to Andrea, an absolute gem to deal with on multiple occasions and guidance even on short notice to clean up required tests and pre-op tasks. She went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly.

I am happy to tell friends about this practice and Dr Katz, something other than what I would typically do. Still, Men's Health Melbourne makes a potentially emotionally challenging experience as smooth and positive as possible, and it's the treatment, the entire team, that I give my 5-star rating absolutely, without hesitancy.

I cannot more highly recommend Dr Darren Katz. After careful monitoring of my situation he recommended a procedure which I was proactive in accepting. I am now very very satisfied with my decision and the outcome. I would not have felt comfortable going ahead if it had not been for Dr Katz's professional, kind and thoughtful approach. Rare for a specialist to see the patient and not just the symptoms. I felt heard, I was given space to ask questions, I never felt pressured and I always felt respected and fully under his care throughout the consultations and the eventuating procedure. I had a bladder stone and an enlarged benign prostate so needed to have stone removed and Green Light Laser surgery done. I had consultations with Dr Darren Katz at MHM and he then organised and carried out the necessary procedure at Cabrini Hospital. All went well and I stayed in Hosspital overnight and everything is still good a month later so I am very pleased with the work done by Dr Darren Katz and also his follow up after care.

Before meeting Laura, I was under the impression I couldn't have kids. My cancer and previous medical challenges had all but removed my chance of having children (so we thought).

Dr Katz was recommended as the best specialist to carry out the Micro Tese procedure. Our prognosis was not good, post cancer treatment and azoospermia. Things looked rather bleak but we pressed on thinking we needed to try everything possible for our own biological children before moving on to the next step.

The Micro Tese is usually the final step in a man's fertility journey and also a once only surgery, though Dr Katz was able to do the procedure a second time after success the first time.

We appreciate the efforts of Dr Katz and all of his staff, we could not have got the job done without them all. As a man, infertility is a bitter pill to swallow and it is essential to find the right people for the job, which at the end of the day is your family.

I can highly recommend Dr Katz and his team. They are thoroughly professional, very competent, and will help you deal with any issues regarding men's heath, in the process relieving stress you may have about your condition.

The first person to investigate my husbands circumstances properly was Dr. Darren Katz, He was producing very poor and low-quality samples, Dr. Katz identified the issue as to what was causing this (Varicocele) He had surgery to correct this in (August 2022) and fast forward to December 2022 and now producing very good, healthy and normal samples, this is completely down to Dr. Katz and both my husband and I are very grateful to him, we are very hopeful of our chances of success now, I shall keep you all posted, Thank you to Dr. Katz who we recommend without hesitation. From beginning to end Dr. Katz and the team made me feel welcome and confident about resolving my fertility issues. From initial consultation all the way to post surgery I was well looked after. Mr. Darren Katz is a highly proficient and expert doctor who has provided me with world-class medical care. After struggling through infertility and being diagnosed with Klinefelter's syndrome, Dr Katz's surgical treatment has provided a means for my wife to have our own children, a reality which we were told by other doctors would never be possible.

Five stars is really not a high enough rating for Dr. Katz.
