Punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super supportive through my fertility journey. Really appreciate that he always has an appointment available within the week or two, never have to wait for weeks on end. Highly recommend.

Genuine, calm, caring, professional & very attentive! Dr Russell & his administrative team (Jan, Rachel & Michelle) are absolutley amazing! One thing I really appreciated was how my gestational diabetes diagnosis was managed. Dr Russell & his nurse Jenny gave me all the tools & information I needed to help me feel in control of my condition which I was able to manage with diet and completely avoid insulin! We saw Dr Chris for advice on fertility options. He was kind, caring, empathetic and professional to our situation. We saw him throughout out fertility journey through New Life IVF and we then carried on to see him throughout our pregnancy. He was always very open to any questions I had and what I envisaged my birth to be. He was very respectful in my vision but also very informative and I believe because of that I was able to have an amazing birth. Chris’ whole team are amazing. Jan, Rachel and Jenny are all so lovely, caring and attentive. They all were so supportive during our time and especially during COVID. They would always go that extra mile. We cannot thank them enough. We will definitely be using Dr Chris and his team for our next bubba.

I cannot recommend Dr Russell and his team at Newlife enough! My husband and I tried for years to have a baby with a top tier Melbourne fertility clinic without success. After changing over to Dr Russell we achieved a successful pregnancy first time and I have him to thank for my newborn baby. Dr Russell is very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I also found Newlife to be very affordable in comparison to other clinics. I'm looking forward to engaging Dr Russell's services again for baby #2. Thank you for making our family dreams come true!

The clinic manager and staff are so helpful and nothing ever feels too much of a ask. They are always prompt in getting back to you, within 24 hours at the absolute latest. They keep you up to date with test results as soon as they arrive and are on the ball with everything! Highly recommend
