Whilst I’m very early in any possibly treatments I Highly recommend Chris and his team. After finding out low AMH at an earlier age I reached out for answers after a 4+ month local wait, I was able to have an appointment with Chris almost straight away. He was extremely prompt with all referrals and follow ups and whilst I’m sure he is busy with a lot of patients i haven’t felt like I have had to wait for any appointments or answers. Like Chris, his staff are just so lovely, personable but professional as well, especially Jan and Donna who have graciously followed up all emails, referrals, results. Whatever path I choose I am extremely grateful to the team here for everything they have done for me so far and would happily travel the 3 hours to receive treatments.

Dr Chris was amazing! He made us feel so at ease during our consultation, explained everything we needed to know in a manner we understood, made us feel extremely comfortable and took his time to listen to us and address our queries. His clinic was also very prompt in sending us through our ultrasound images (thank you Donna and Rachel!) Dr Chris made this whole new experience for us a very pleasant one! Dr Chris Russell was able to help me fall pregnant with my first FET (after embryo testing) after having 4 unsuccessful rounds at a bulk billing clinic. After being told we require IVF from a well known, Melbourne based obstetrician/gynaecologist, we came to Dr Chris Russell for a second opinion. From the moment we booked the appointment, to meeting Dr Russell and his team, we knew we were in the right hands. Dr Russell was warm, welcoming and explained everything in detail, including options that had not been considered prior, as well as taking extra time to explain diagnostic findings from our previous specialist that we had been left in the dark about. Fortunately, we fell pregnant naturally just prior to our initial appointment, although we were not aware until coming weeks. Living in regional Victoria has left us geographically disadvantaged in terms of managing infertility and just recently, having an early gestational scan that was anything but reassuring. The communication from Dr Russell (who was away on annual leave at the time, but still called to provide reassurance that things were healthy and normal) and his reception team, in particularly, Jan have been more than fantastic! Responses to any questions were prompt and plans were put in place quickly. During such an anxiety provoking period of time, Dr Russell and his team were incredibly personable and went out of their way to advocate and provide comfort. If we could rate Dr Russell and his team more than 5 stars, we would!

Decided to visit Dr Chris Russell after having a terrible experience at another IVF clinic. Got pregnant at first cycle with Dr Chris and really happy to be able to find a reliable doctor. He listens well to patients, answers all questions with detail and this gives me the confidence and relief I need to have during a cycle.

Chris is excellent, great bedside manner. Patient and answers questions. He delivered our son. The entire pregnancy and delivery went well. We felt incredibly lucky to have a provider who seemed to genuinely care. His reception staff is also amazing. Jan is so personable and incredibly helpful.

Chris has a very calming presence. I came to see him as a bundle of nerves and left reassured. He listened to my concerns and preempted all of my wants and needs.
