We really appreciate what Dr. Alice Huang have done for us. She is very genuine and so precessional. Thank you very much.

We were referred to Dr Alice Huang for fertility testing and treatment in 2020. Dr Huang treated us via distance and then in person throughout Covid-19 and we were very happy with her informative, supportive and calm approach. Katie, who works for Dr Huang, was responsive and always a pleasure to deal with.
We underwent one IVF round with Dr Huang and successfully conceived our child. We would happily recommend Dr Huang's services to anyone facing fertility concerns.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Alice and her team, especially Katie. They were always so incredibly calm, helpful, and caring. I truly felt like we were on the fertility journey together, and I was so touched to see their joy once the pregnancy was confirmed. Could not recommend highly enough! I can highly recommend Alice; she knows her stuff and provides realistic expectations around fertility and rates of IVF success. She has a kind and caring beside manner and always made me feel at ease. We are expecting our first baby in April and we have Alice to thank for that.

Seriously disregard those 1 star reviews. There is just no way if anyone who has seen or dealt with her would give such a low review. Dr Alice Huang is the first doctor me and my wife came across who actually read our medical history and reports prior consultation. Her attention to details is 10 outta 10. I still remember one time she replied to my email on a late Sunday. The sense of urgency is undeniable.

Dr Huang and her staff (we dealt with Katie) have been the best medical staff we have come across. They are so professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have been their patient from 2016 and have had 2 babies since then. Thank you for everything you have done for as and for your great support.

Alice was incredibly dedicated and did not stop looking for a solution for our particularly tricky case. She was always realistic and evidence based, which we really appreciated, but kept up with the latest research in the hopes that it would be relevant for us. She answered every complicated question that we had. I'm happy to say we eventually had a baby boy, who would not be here if it wasn't for Alice. Highly, highly recommended.

Dr Alice Huang is friendly, professional and, most importantly, an experienced and effective specialist. I have nothing negative to say about Alice or her practice. I always felt I was being cared for, listened to and treated with the utmost respect. Mine is a non-traditional family, and this was never an issue or focus during the entire fertility treatment. Dr Alice Huang is the most lovely person. As is likely the case with most people seeking the support of a fertility specialist, I was highly anxious about my situation. From our very first encounter Dr Alice put me at ease with her highly empathetic approach. I didn’t feel rushed in our appointments, I was treated with great compassion and Dr Alice took her time to ask about my journey and she really listened. I think Dr Alice’s care of me as a whole person (mental and physical wellbeing) is how she was able to tailor-make an fertility solution that met my specific, changing needs. I also really like how pragmatic and honest Dr Alice is- she doesn’t fluff about or sugarcoat things. She is a no nonsense, straight shooter so I always felt I could trust what she said. I was recommended Dr Huang by several GPs and another gynaecologist and I am glad I saw her for my infertility issues. Strangely enough I have since found out two other people I know have also seen Dr Huang for related issues. I have found her to be professional and caring. Now I have a 6 week old girl and can't thank her and her team enough:)

After years of infertility I was referred to Dr Huang for ivf treatment. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and was so lovely to deal with due to her caring nature. She was very knowledgeable and thorough at each appointment and always discussed all my options with me in great detail which made the decision making process easier. I now have a 3 month old daughter thanks to her.

Was treated rudely from the outset by Dr. Huang. An afternoon appointment and it seemed that she just wanted to race through the appointment and have me out of there. The only question the doctor asked me prior to my examination was whether I have a husband (clearly an outdated and inappropriate initial question in 2019). I personally did not feel that this was a safe or accepting environment as an LGBTI patient. When, at the end of the appointment, I asked if my (likely negative) results could be sent to my excellent GP rather than me returning to her clinic (at the cost of another $190 to receive result), the doctor's demeanour became even more dismissive and rude. As a women who sought out a specialist who would treat women's health with sensitivity, expertise and care, this was an expensive and very disappointing waste of my time.

Alice is one of the most genuine medical professionals I have encountered. She says it how it is, listens to you and is extremely compassionate. Alice assisted us with the gift of two beautiful children via IVF. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
