If I could give no stars I would, I've been waiting 2 years for my faulty windows to be replaced, ignoring my calls and emails. Don't use them no customer support

Pathetic quality control and repair service. Half of house lot of windows were faulty/ severely damaged, has been three weeks and still haven’t had an answer as to when they will be picked up or even looked at. Wholeheartedly recommend not dealing with.

My husband and I dropped in this afternoon to get an idea of cost for our door frame and sidelight, after realising that aluminium wouldn't work out well for us and feeling a little defeated, Taylor did up a quote for a timber frame for us which ended up much more affordable and suited the dimensions we had perfectly.

Lovely service, knowledgeable and friendly with a professional showroom.

Communication with Dowell was A1. The staff in Bayswater were professional to the letter.
Sam from Warnambool was the technician who fixed the window problem quickly and without issue. He also displayed great customer service and relationship levels.

I am reaching out here in an attempt that someone might return my calls regarding an order. Its been 8 weeks and I don't seem to have any luck with anyone returning phone calls or processing the order for completion. The one time I spoke to someone they advised me that they haven't really checked the emails and there are too many to get through. I understand covid impacts everything which makes it difficult too but I would like some form of communication and confirmation for the job to be completed. Product currently in however is of good quality.

We personally would like to take this opportunity in thanking Dowell and especially Nel Liyanagama, who has been such an instrumental part of our journey.

We use to do few small renovation jobs at home over the years and usually dealt with Nel, due to his great customer services.

This year we embarked on doing an owner build for a double storey house and without a doubt we decided to buy all our windows and doors from Dowell, purely of the wonderful experience given by Nel and the quality of products.

We approached Nel again and he provided us with fantastic service and support, what we really like about him is his attitude, whether its a big order or small order, he service levels doesn't change with the size of the order.

Keep up the great work Nel and we also love the Dowell products.

Absolutely disgrace of a company! We tried placing an order for our renovation $12,000 worth and took 4 weeks for someone to take down our order. Receptionist kept saying sorry in a meeting he's on the road.after recieveing our items all our flyscreens fresh out of the packaging are loose and havnt been attached properly so unusable.have been trying for over a month calling them for help and they advised they will come out and have a look and will not answer our calls at all or even call us back. Don't order from them you will have trouble!

I cant possibly say enough good stuff about the Managers and staff of Dowell windows. My Mum was recently diagnosed with cancer and as such i needed to rapidly build her a little place on my property for her to live whilst she goes through treatment. I ordered windows and doors from Dowell Windows and was told it would be a 5-6week wait, which I understood and expected.subsequently the Managers at Dowell became aware of my situation and the resultant compassion shown by this business was completely unexpected and awesome. They pulled out all the stops and delivered the high quality windows and doors to my house in 2 days, the price was unbeatable, and the service second to none. Thankyou so much Dowell windows.

Replacement of 2 rollers in a double glazing sliding door made by Dowell.

2 Dowell service men came to our site to replace broken rollers. New rollers were purchased before from Dowell as the rollers have a very specific size and a shape not available in Bunnings. The door was installed in a newly built house almost 11 years ago. During the replacement a full service was made such as cleaning, spraying as well as adjustments to the door lock. I was very happy with the service provided.

In my experience i found them unreliable and unprofessional and disorganized and what i read on the Dowell website to me just misleading,
I ordered very simple windows and one sliding door i had to pay the full amount in advance which i did after four weeks when i made enquirer the sales person simply forgot to place t he order and still with numerous phone call to manageress and every person which i could get hold of them almost after seven weeks i have not received all of my windows.

Finally after the lockdown has finished we were able to get our beautiful new windows installed. Here are our before and after photos of our doors. We are very happy with the difference the windows make, they really bring the outside in and allow so much more light into our living room. Dowell were very professional and their customer service was great.

Great Customer Service. I had bent one of the windows and they told me what I had to do to put it back into place and now it's as good as new
