Beautiful ambience, the service was extremely warm, our group event was success thanks to staff at Kesari thank you

Service was slow.
There was hardly any customer around 3: 30pm when we entered and ordered our food. It took 35 minutes when food was served after a few reminders.

Just waited 35 mins for order when she said 20 mins max
I asked if she put in utensils as we were eating down at the beach and she said yes she did - pulled up to beach with no utensils or napkins
Naan must’ve been cooked first as this was barely warm

I had ordered a Rava Masala dosa. It was so bad, i left it after few bites. To the owners, please look at the quality of the food you serve. Absolutely pathetic.

I am really amazed by the Chicken 65 biryani, I have never tried it before, the waitress was really nice, she introduced me what is the sauce and how should I eat it properly. Will definitely go back again.

We are eating regularly from here. It shows. I took 1star away for once in a while stumble. Otherwise thumbs up

Ordered Rava masala and Ghee Masala Dosa along with idli Vada. Dosa, Sambhar were really good but it was served with peanut chutney not coconut chutney, idly was ok, but Vada was not crisp. Ambiance is good.

One of the worst briyani I had so far, I ordered vegetarian, Egg and Chicken all three were over seasoned and it was tasteless

Such a pathetic place I will never order food from there again. I ordered it was not cooked and it was just batter and i ordered chaat as specifically told no yoghurt as I am lactose intolerant and the chaat was just yoghurt and nothing else. I would have got sick that day if I had eaten it. Waste of my money had to throw the food. Will never order from them again.

Every time when we visit this place, feel like a lovely cosy restaurant. It got that nice ambiance and feel good factor. Floor plan is good. Nice staff. I know, i know you all are waiting and thinking what about food?
So here it comes the important part, I’m visiting this place for almost 4.5 years now, earlier it used to be Dosa hut but if I remember just before covid, it got change to Kesari. (Sorry if i made a mistake in guessing it but happy to edit and correct it).
The food is still the same and me and my family still visiting it. Food is really good, no matter what you order and wants to eat. Owners are really sweet and very friendly too. They do come and very gently ask you about food and how was it? I love their passion for food and care about their customers. I hope they will keep continuing this and all the best.

Today we just had a nice small meal. Plain dosa, chole bahture and take away of veg noddles.

It was an horrible experience to be at kesari point cook on 15/5/22 Sunday with family and cousin from overseas. We ordered palak paneer, Butter chicken and veg Manchurian (Mild). Manchurian was too spicy. After complaining they took it back to fix it but they brought it back with same spicy taste.anyway! That was not the end of the story. We all were shocked when one of us felt a plastic piece in the mouth while eating palak paneer. We informed about it to the staff member.one of the staff took plate to the chef to show the plastic.she didn’t even let us take the photo and when she came back we asked to bring back the plastic in palte for photo and she said chef has already chucked it into the bin. They offered us free dessert to cover it but we were not in mood to accept it. As a customer we only wanted good quality food with hygiene. We left our food as it is but we were supposed to order more stuff. They totally ruined our dinner experience. We will never go back to Kesari again and it was bad experience to be there. The owner really needs to pay attention to this matter, otherwise this sort of problems will earn bad name for the restaurant.

I have been to kesari about five times. Loved their hospitality and food will not disappoint you, reasonable price and good size portions.
Chaat papdi is must
It will be great? If you guys can offer mouth freshner.

Long wait time and even after wait no bread available. Staff busy with online orders and no one bother to entertain customers sitting in the restaurant. Very much dissatisfied.

Worse experience! We ordered Chicken malai tikka and other dishes. It was cold and we returned and ask them to bring it back. We waited for 30 mins and roti is also not good. They charged us for food which we returned. It was really bad experience.

The quantity they provide for the price is satisfying. Hence good value. Staff is friendly. The decor is well done and robotic food server is a cool concept. Highly recommend an entree called “dahi puri” and Amritsari kulcha. Info Chinese and South Indian food is average

We ordered Punjabi butter chicken, actually it was not chicken dish but just gravy, only one and half pieces if chicken which seems left over.

Awesome food and service. We tried chats, noodles, curries. Everything was yummy. Dahi vada had less of vada and more of papdi:) other than that 5 stars

WOW. Very delicious Chicken Biryani rice! If you are looking for the best Indian food restaurant in Point cook, stop scrolling! Please do yourself a favour to try this restaurant. Their chicken 65 biryani is to die for, so aromatic and flavourful omg Must Try!
We also ordered cheese naan and gulab jamun. The cheese naan was pretty good, it’s a bit chewy but delicious! The gulab jamun was delicious too.so happy! Can’t wait to go back!
