Dosa Hut Plenty Valley

This place is great! Atmosphere is cool but the staff is also really friendly.you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some indian classic curries and some good starters and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

The rate is very reasonable compared to city. The taste is good, i ordered over phone and the service was professional.

Long waits to be seated, served and food too come out. Also way too spicey despite constantly asking for mild.

The food was excellant. Ordered a spicy chicken65 biryani along with Dosa which was tasty. The Dosas are overly priced. Other items on the menu is reasonsble Thus the low rating. Will not visit again.

Last Saturday I had dinner, the food was delicious from the start, - the service was superb. Each and every staff were attentive. The food was well presented, with better systems in place. I shared food with a friend Golpappa, Masala Dosa and Chettinad Chicken. I normally don't eat chicken, because it tends to be thready, when the meat is not cooked properly but this one was mind blowing. Please make sure you visit this restaurant this Easter.

Needs a lesson in Customer Service. Either the waiters are the cheapest they can find.or the work culture encourages lethargy. Either way, it’s a downward spiral. 20 minutes wait before we were graced by presence of a waiter.another 45 minutes before ONE biryani was served. Hope it was an aberration and not the norm.

Ordered take away twice.staff said 1 hour wait. Had to wait for 1 and half hour for delivery. When complained, the staff were making excuses and giggling amongst themselves. There was no apology provided for the delay

Love eating here, delicious and generous portions with good, friendly service.

Only wish they would let me order online from Doreen. They deliver to Doreen but for some reason I can only order by phone and have to pay cash on delivery, instead of card which isn't very convenient.

Appalling service, feel bad for the staff as they can't cope with the influx of client demands, never returning.if you enjoy waiting for 45 mins for 1 dish, go for it!

Went in at the last minute, waiter came to us straight away. Was seated, order taken within 15 minutes. Didn’t wait too long for food as it wasn’t a busy night. Butter chicken was to die for & cant wait to have it again. Naan cooked to perfection. Cauliflower, peas & potato curry delicious & full of flavour. Samosa nice & spicy for the cold night it was. My daughter also enjoyed it & cant wait to come back. Not cheap but I think it’s worth it. You get what you pay for. Waiters extremely friendly, caring & always smiling. Keep up the good work Millpark Dosa Hut!

Visited yesterday with my mates. Most of them visited forst time. Food & Service was really good. Staff was courteous. Interior is really good.

This has to be the worst place for Indian food I have ever experienced. The staff are not trained in customer service, to the point it just gets embarrassing and awkward especially when you are there with friends and work colleagues. Avoid.

Always have to ask them to make the food fresh and it is never up to the mark in one go. Something has to be redone again.

I went with the family, we were seated at the back as I went with 2 kids.
A staff member brought the menus and went for good 5-8mins, she didn’t come back for round of drinks-
The staff member stood next to this male staff and start talking and ignore us for a while.
Keeping in mind there were only 2 tables seated.
I waved at the staff to come and asked if they have kids options as the Indian food is quite spicy, so there’s no kids options,
We tried 4 types of food to give it to kids but they were all spicy.
I paid more than the food worth,

Absolutely fantastic! The best Indian food I’ve had in a very long time. We were served very quickly and the staff were very accommodating. The menu was large and had plenty of options for everyone. I will definitely be back again soon! It’s also in a great location I.e, a big shopping centre with lots of parking.

Great ambience and great food. Bit expensive than other indian restaurants but doesn't really matter if you getting good service and good food. We tried the dum ka murgh (my favourite), daal makhani and paneer butter masala, everything was great. Good for quick eat as well because its very close to cinema and shopping centre. Will be going back soon for dinner.

Curries were tasteless. May be these guys needs more trainings regarding food when they are selling specific curries. I don't know what owner thinks. Brand does not mean you sell rubbish and customers don't know anything. Unmeasured spices and tasteless curries. Noodles were worst I ever had.sorry guys but its worst. Bad experience here too.waste of time and money. Think twice before you be in thrilling experience of food in this spot.

I coulnot reply your review as couldnot see option. I am replying here. Dear attituded owner, how many of your customer shows pic of visiting dosa hut for their review? Also, do you think I am one of them who comes and give you 5 star rating because your staff's offer on table that if we give 5 star rating then they will give us discount. Change your attitude otherwise this attitude will lead your business to dropdown. Rather than acting smart, make your food good, don't ruin name of DOSA HUT by exploiting customer and selling rubbish.

I visited Dosa hut today after long time. Your place is best place in the town. Food was brilliant. Restaurant have very nice vibe. Special mentions for the girl who was serving, she was fabulous. She warmly welcomed us and made us comfortable. She made us feel that we are family not customers.

Visited the restaurant for the first time, love the customer service the girl was very cheerful and hardworking she helped us choosing the best dishes in the restaurant, wait time was a bit long but it was very tasty all the best.:)

We were really pleased with the service, our meals arrived really quickly. We will definitely return and order systematically through the dishes.
