Dosa Hut

I have tried about 5 branches of dosa Hut including this one. And I found this one best.
Awesome chicken 65 dosa, goat biryani and samosa chaat.

Dosa hut CLAYTON is among the BEST dosa hut franchises. I've visited a few includong inter state but Clayton outshines! The food is Outstanding and suits our tastebuds. They alter the level of spice as required but we like to go all out! Their Indo Chinese is one of the BEST among a few Indian restaurants I have eaten at. Pricing is great. Clean and hygienic place. I definitely recommend their Clayton restaurant in particupar for top notch Biryanis.esp chicken 65 biryani and all indo chinese dishes there. Dosa and vadas are superb too. The owner is so humble and his service deserves 5 stars. Wish these guys all the best!

Definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had no place on our table to place dishes so we asked the waiter to take away the glasses and the bottle of water so that we could ask them back when we were done eating. The waiter was extremely rude and said that he could take the glasses away but would not give us glasses if asked for them later.

Usually I won’t do reviews but today’s experience made me to. WORST EXPERIENCE had today. Food is very old, that must have been in refrigerator for days. Idlies were still cold as they took from fridge directly and didn’t even heat it properly. Frozen vada would be must better than here. Dosas are not tasty neither crispy. Definitely won’t recommend to take kids with you as the food is very old and not fresh at all.
Will never go there again or won’t recommend to anyone

The food is good, don't particularly like there uttapam, but rest everything is good. Even the North Indian and Indo Chinese is pretty decent. It's a nice place to go to.

Love their Chicken Dum biryani and Chicken 65 dosa.absolutely packed every time and delicious food.consistency in their quality too.serve times sometimes vary due to the sheer number of people being catered but mostly on time.very happy have been here several times.great going

Overall the food is of good quality and value for money. South Indian food is their speciality. Have tried Idly, Dosa, Uttpham etc.in past, all usually fantastic. North Indian isn't great - We had Kadhi Panner and Daal Makhani here this time and although the dishes were both okay, they did not taste authentic. On the contrary, Chilli Panner Dry was so good!

2 star on this visit. Requested a chat and got some strands of silver hair. Asked to replace it and found it again in new serve.

Had to order a new item.

This place could be a hit or miss. Some days i come out of this restairant satisfied with almost everything I order on their menu and on other days its just really poor. I would recommend lunch rather than dinner. Please check your bags when you order takeaway as Ive had items missing previously.

Lived in Hyderabad india for 13 long years! Biryani is my most favourite choice of food. In my opinion, the Clayton Dosahut place serves a better goat and chicken biryani compared to any other place. 5 Star to the chef

I had a very bad experience. The waiter was initially very rude to us denying simple requests like not clearing the table before serving us. Following this the waiter started completely avoiding us. We even heard the waiter and cashier gossiping about us in a different language saying our requests were meant for fine dining restaurants (to their bad luck I speak their language). I would recommend you to never walk into this restaurant.

Initially ordered a pav bhaji and the bhaji was some vege gravy not the bhaji that goes with pav bhaji. Then the kitchen replaced it with samosa chat, Unfortunately the samosa where on the brink of going off. They were cold and I could eat it. It's a let down. I am sorry. I have been here before. It was way better.

The food standards have gone down.have a list of negative feedback but they don't care about ones feedback.sad but true.never ordering or stepping back.

This place needs to be reported to the food safety standards agency/authorities, Victoria immediately! The curries served to us tonight were stale and smelly. We repeatedly brought it to the notice of the owner and staff, who adamantly and persistently kept denying our complaints. Although, we fully paid but we were not issued an invoice or payment receipt. Hoping that we don't get a stomach upset or bacterial infection.

Don’t ever go to this place even by mistake. This is not a right place for most kind of dosas especially masala set dosa, uttapam. This is not a authentic dosa place to eat as most of the times the batter will be sour. The prices placed doesn’t deserve the quality.

Too many options in the menu, the onlty thing i would give 5 stars is probably the Hyderabdi Dum Goat Biriyani. This should be their signature dish.

Also, waiters have no idea how to serve food- they served me the curry 25 mins prior to the breads and fried rice. Meanwhile everything gets cold.

Address these and you have an awesome restaurant.

Ordered gobi manchurian and it was completely burnt. It shouldn't be served. Idly was good. Pav bhaji was extremely spicy and oily but tasted ok.

Waited long then ordered they didn't have a food should tell before we entered in restaurant not recommended

Unpredictable / unreliable food and service, but when its good, its damn good.

I've been here twice, the first time service was fast, accurate and food was delicious.

The second time orders were lost, slow service and the food was a solid good.

Good food.good taste.enough quantity.pure indian style. Reasonable pices. Gulabjamun and chicken 65 biryany is a must try.
