These guys are absolutely hopeless, worst customer service, four days now of just trying to get some one to answer the dam phone, and there is not even a voice mail greeting option to leave your name and number, its saying the voice mail is full and then the call just drops out.

Bought door and payed extra for installation of samsung digital door lock. Contractor failed to install the door properly (wired wrong cause wire to snap). Contacted sub contractor was very rude.
Doors plus said they said have no responsibility for failed door installation only for door. Wouldn't recommend.

This is absolutely unacceptable, GUS or Door Plus. After almost a year waiting for the product that initially didn't fit now you provide a product that do not fit our window and you want us to go to thru your warranty process. Please provide what we order. This is not a warranty issue!

They stuff you around and even send the installers with wrong product to gain time. I ordered Plantation Shutters on 30 Jul 2020. Initial delivery of the shutters was scheduled for the end of September 2020. However, due COVID 19 the installation was delayed. During the COVID Pandemic Doors Plus call me and collect remaining payment really fast, however, when Businesses re-open, they didn’t call, email, or send a message. On the 22nd of December 2020, the installer arrived at our home to install the shutters and when he opened the boxes, he found out the Shutters were the wrong size. I contacted Door Plus and I was advised they were expediting the shutters and they were going to called me back with the new installation date. After the Christmas holidays, I called various times and the Door Plus team kept telling me they were going to call me back with the updated delivery date. Few weeks passed and no response, so I decided to visit the store last Thursday (04 Feb 2021), I was able to find out that the Shutters are still in production and have not left China, Customer Services is non existence. NOBODY has called me. Via email they are saying the delay is due to the Chinese New year, just Excuses. DOORS PLUS get your act together and expedite my order so I can have it this month, February 2021.

I tried ordering doors from these peanuts about 4 or 5 years ago, I was lied to a number of times, saying, the doors would be installed on this date, the dated came & went. I call back.ohh yeah sorry we don't have the doors yet. This happened 3 times, until i said ENOUGH. Refund me my money. They were totally hopeless then. I can see nothing's changed.

Happy with installation - but not happy that there is no disposal/removal of old doors/frames which is not stated anywhere. Left with the trouble of removing old frames - left with nails sticking out of old frame and all left on the front doorstep. Not great final service.

The price for the installation of two doors was quite deer, which surprised me. The cost for two doors was $1750 and one door came with a discount applied.
I've never had the need to replace a door, so I didn't know the cost involved. We obtained another quote from Doors Galore which was the same. Apart from the cost, everything is so far going smoothly. The first door was installed and we are just waiting for the second one to arrive. Everyone we dealt with is very professional and the installation happenned on time. I'd recommend Doors Plus if you can't do the job by yourself. Otherwise, shop around and perhaps do some of the things yourself to save some $$$.

Goof up with their Carpenter and not getting any response from the sales team. I had to go to showroom in this COVID times to get some attention.
This is kind of response you get when you have made purchased and paid up the advance.

Now Even the Manager does not respond back to my queries. I have started to email them. I should have read bad reviews from others and not gone ahead buying stuff from them.

My barn doors were not painted adequately nor were they adjusted properly upon installation. I asked them to come back after a few weeks to touch up the paint as the doors had expanded and was told that that was my problem. I protested and they did come out and did a very quick touch up. They were rude and difficult to deal with. 2 years later the entire doors need repainting which is what they should have done at the beginning! Geelong company!

The worst customer service that i had.
They had sales prices on their website and when we arrived the salesman told us that the prices went up and the advertised prices are not correct. Then he started manipulating prices to take more money from us.
Definitely i will never visit this store.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WIDE RANGE OF DOORS AVAILABLE
I went looking for replacemnt glass doors. The staff member was very knowledgable and took the time to fully undersatnd my needs. Onsite display of the range of doors was helpful. Quote provided on the spot.

Horrible service after the purchased.received no updates or phone call for the entire period until I chased them and yet still not get a very happy answered. Took them 2 months (instead 4-5 weeks include installation)

I have had 2 jobs done by this store over the last couple of years. I experienced poor workmanship the first time around on a timber front door. There were delays and on completion the door slightly stuck and there were hours of finishing left for me to do after the install. In hindsight I should have pushed them more to finish the job properly. I came back for another job, a glass and aluminium sliding door last year. I decided to go through them again because I spoke to the managers and they assured me that my experience was a one off and there are different tradies that do the aluminium doors. And the price of the products are quite fair compared to the market (but I had to bring in a magazine Ad to prove to them the promotional price was $1000 less then they were quoting me - they then acted as if they would do it as a favour to me). The second experience was even worse. The installation was delayed 4 times and I was always given tentative estimates. On one occasion after weeks of further delay, the installer came to the house and left because he said he didn't have flashing to complete the job. He had to put in an order for flashing that blew out some more weeks. I was left with an open hole in the house for weeks and the store managers did nothing to reduce the cost or compensate. I have email trails with them saying they were still finishing the job within the advertised timeframe and I supplied evidence that they didn't. Again, in hindsight I should have fought them harder but my hopes are I can influence customers to pay a bit more and go to a more reputable store or at least a different branch.

We got our french doors replaced today and couldn't be happier. Carpenter did a great job. Jacob at Doors Plus was really helpful and provided clear and frank advice about what we should go with. We had to change the date of installation a few times due to personal circumstances and Doors Plus always did their best to accommodate, even at short notice. Highly recommend their services!

Have used doors plus twice now and had 4 French doors installed, both look amazing and were dealt with by friendly reps and carpenters! One took 6 weeks to arrive, the other, 2 weeks, (they let us know of this timeframe beforehand) the new door frames and ledges were made to measure. Jacob and Peter were very helpful and accommodating and helped us out with fixing another lock as well.

Jacoob and John were great. Provided fast and efficient work and John even went further to replace the rotten wood around the door for us. Would recommend Doors plus Footscray any time. Our family is very happy with the new frame and door. Thanks Jacoob and John

Not worth it keep away scams 50% is full crap customs get sux in go to Bunnings and will find everything half price you will only get ripped off in that place sales is bullshit only have hole in your pocket with them

The worse customer experience in last 10 year, they are masters in playing drama on phone. After 6 week week since i order the door i ask the money back then they install it on the next day.

Product quality is great. However it took 1.5 month longer than the expected time to get the job done which made me frustrated had to chase them several time because the carpenter never seem to turn up on scheduled time. But I have experienced a good customer service from the team.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Jacob here referred us to a supplier called John, who owns Precision Windows in Caroline Springs, that turned out to be a COMPLETE SCAM! We are still chasing back more than $3k worth of deposit through legal channels!

They shirk away all responsibility once things went south.

Jacob and Matthew were the best, theyre very organized and delivered/installed two doors for us that was a good deal.highly recomended.
