Great selection of ice creams for all tastes… The coffee ice cream has actual coffee in it which is always a win in my book. All the flavors I have tasted were superb. Lemon Meringue, Coconut, Coffee & Unicorn Poo… got a few more flavors on the todo list… will be back that’s for sure

Delicious ice cream and great range of flavours. Sorbets were amazing - super smooth, creamy texture and flavoursome. We tried passion fruit sorbet, Watermelon gelato and black paradise sorbet and all were excellent.

We were a party of 4 and one of our party is an ice cream fanatic. So, based upon on-line reviews, we had to stop at Dooley’s while on our Great Ocean Road scenic drive. It did not disappoint. The wall is plastered with awards (easy to taste why) and I love all things chocolate – usually end up with something chocolate based. The chocolate, and their many variants were great, but I ended up with Blackberry. Incredibly refreshing. Spectacular. We tried a variety of flavours. It is the best ice cream in Australia! If I could, I would DEFINITELY GO BACK.

We loved this place. Flavours were good but we were so impressed with the care they took for my coeliac daughter. They also stock gluten free cones. They used a fresh clean scoops and scraped away the sections that were previously used with scoops that went on regular cones. We were so impressed we went back for more. Staff were very knowledgeable and understanding. I did not have to explain coeliac to them or cross contamination. It was fantastic and a real relief. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Delicious icecreams, worth a visit. All those certificates on the wall make perfect sense. Enjoyed uniue flavours like ginger, pepperberry, avocado lime.

After all the positive reviews we were incredibly disappointed. We tried several flavours of what was advertised as Gelato. In reality this was just ice cream with a high percentage of crushed ice through it. Perhaps they’d mislabeled their sorbet as gelato, but mislabelling five different flavours seems a bit much. Maybe their ice cream is better.we won’t know. If you are looking for real gelato and are near Gelato Unuo in Seaford, this is what genuine Italian Gelato is.

The flavours such as Vegemite, ginger, chilli chocolate, cinnamon & coconut really tasted like the label said. The other ice cream such as strawberry & passionfruit tasted really nice

Superbbb Icecream! Rich in flavour, great it texture. The owner was so kind, it was actually closed when we were over, but she opened it for us again. So glad we got to try it, she patiently introduced us the different flavours too. Highly recommended!:)

There was a huge line here yesterday so we came back today instead and lucky just a couple of people in the shop. The young lady that took my order was friendly and polite. We had the orange gelato and Turkish delight icecream. Both were delicious. We will definitely be back when here in Apollo Bay again. Delicious.

Best ice cream in Victoria, hands down! Always an essential stop when staying in (or passing through) Apollo Bay, no judgement if you decide to go several times in one day either! Loving that they're expanding their vegan and dairy free range of options as well, peach sorbet is always a winner but had the vegan oreo and vegan vanilla in the past few days and ohhhh wow! Especially the vegan vanilla! Hoping they'll keep these on heavy rotation for those of us with dairy allergies:) 11/10 every time, keep being amazing Dooley's!

Yep I hate to say it but it is worth the hype. Delicious ice-cream with lots of flavours - even Vegemite. Grab a cone and head to the beach. $9 for two scoops but that seems to be the rate for the region.

Ahhh… I love their ice cream! Everyone should try the Vegemite ice cream. It is like salted caramel ice cream, but with much more strong flavours.

Ok, this ice cream shop in Apollo bay may seem really good with all of its awards and some of the ice-creams are.but some aren’t so good, the rocky road flavour was hard to eat and honestly quite bad, I was disappointed about there only being marshmallows in the ice cream and that being all. I cant believe I waited 30 minutes in line for that. The passion fruit flavour was just above mid and wasn’t it for me. 6/10

We drove 2 hrs just to get this icecream but closed at 5pm. Website says 9pm during summer. So dissapointed

Amazing ice creams at Dooley’s. We decided to make a quick stop on our route back home. A great selection of flavours and you can also try the ice creams too.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in Apollo Bay.

When I came here during the holiday season on a hot day, the place was packed and the line went straight out to the door. There was a wide variety of ice creams of varying flavours. I tried chocolate, tiramisu and salted caramel. The chocolate was decadent, creamy and well.chocolatey, the tiramisu had a nice coffee flavour and the salted caramel was engraved with lines sweet caramel, like some world map and that distinct subtle undertone of salt. With all these complicated and complex flavours there is no doubt in my mind that this icecream is handmade and award winning.
