We attended today as a group of 6. When ordering the service wasn’t very friendly but we’d had a nice day so were unperturbed at that stage and patiently waited for our food. Four of the people at our table were served quickly and started eating, a waitress came to our table offering drinks we hadn’t ordered. 20 minutes later, food for two people was still yet to arrive so we approached a waitress who said she’d check on it. The food missing was a chicken salad roll and chicken schnitzel focaccia, both from the front display cabinet. A couple of minutes passed and the focaccia (which had been toasted) was delivered. After waiting another 10 minutes, I went to the counter to enquire about the chicken salad roll I’d ordered again. The person who originally served me pulled it out of the display cabinet and put it on a plate for me, offering a half hearted apology- ‘sorry, don’t know what happened’. The rest of the table had finished eating (it had been over 30 mins) and I sat down to eat my roll. The filling was tasty but the roll a little stale. Overall it was reasonable and I was pretty hungry by that stage.
As we left, we got our first smile of the day from the man who was washing his car out the back. He seemed more interested in us than any of the staff inside, although this isn’t difficult because not one person we interacted with (3 waitresses and the gentleman behind the counter) made our group feel welcome. It’s a shame because the outlook is very nice and the venue spacious. It could be a great cafe/restaurant but the service today was a real disappointment and left me feeling embarrassed Id recommended our group dine there. On the way out, one of our party shared they had been here 12 months ago and the service level and food quality had gone down significantly since.

Great atmosphere and service on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Had two iced coffees and was enticed to try the vanilla slice.

The slice was humongous, which explained its $14 cost, but unfortunately, it tasted way more like an oily thickened cream instead of a smooth vanilla custard. Looked very appetising.

Nonetheless, a nice local Cafe with a lovely ambience:)

Not a bad place. Very stylish fit out and a nice menu. The coffee was good and the food - a simple breakfast burger - was good too but felt quite overpriced like most things here. Every dish seemed to have a minimum $4-$5 premium on it. It’s a good place to come but be prepared to stump up the cash

This is my go to cafe for me and the family on weekends.
The staff and food are amazing.

We had breakfast at Donato's. The big breakfast was huge and my husband loved it. The fruit break was a lighter dish but beautifully presented and so yummy. Highly recommend.

Holy moly I think I fell in deeply in love with Cafe’s here. Delicious! 10/10 reccomend everyone to come here at least once in your life

Perfect place for breakfast, lunch or a glass of wine! Lovely country looking warehouse cafe' with large wooden tables and wall art: cosy and the food and service is excellent i had the Breakfast Burger and we shared some chips aboslutely delicious! There's also a selection of sweets and takeaway Lasagna which is all made on the premises. Had brunch here today with the ladies will definately return‍️

All enjoyed their meals though a little pricy, but maybe thats the norm for this area, Indoor and outdoor seating.

Establishment, immaculate presentation.
Food Good.
Service, needs attention. Does not compliment, the establishment at all.

First time visitor. Went for lunch, both had Mediterranean Burgers but they were rather underwhelming. Also (and maybe this is a bit picky) I had difficulty with the cutlery, the fork was not easy to hold, and the knives were barely serrated and did not cut well.

Great place to eat, they were very helpful and polite. Looked after our table of 12 extremely well. Thanks.

Friday night pizza - waited an hour for our pizzas and the first one arrived cold. Breakfast & Lunch is usually very good but Friday night pizza was not. Expensive for what was served.

Went in for brunch, waited 45’ for the food to arrive. Food was average, the calamari salad was very oily, you could tell they forgot about our order and rushed. No apologies were given. Nice place but not a nice experience.

Nice food, our eggs were absolutely perfect! A great variety of dishes on the menu made the choice difficult. The coffee was great too.
Whilst the service was fast, when we paid the guy was rude and indifferent, as he was to all the customers, his sourness caught my eye before we experienced it first hand. Considering the price I paid for this, a smile and pleasantness would’ve been appreciated. Think I’ll go elsewhere next time where you’re not made to feel like you’re not in a cafeteria! It totally ruined the experience!

Very expensive food, however the smoked salmon benedict was good quality but came out luke-warm. Also the service is not so friendly, helpful or welcoming.

Breakfast and coffee for 2 approx $75. Not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for. Great coffee, really good food and good service. Highly recommend this establishment.
