Don Chichios Pizza & Pasta

Received our pizzas in time but, 2 of the 4 pizzas were stuck to the top of the box, 2 out of the 4 were cold looked like the driver had ran them over.

First time there, picked up my phone ordered pizza, I was happy to wait an hour for my order to be ready.
I arrived after 45 minutes, my pizza was already cooked. Got home and it was Luke warm. Disappointed.

Always clean and spotless in the shop when picking up pizza.friendly staff and great service ALWAYS!
I usually get one with the lot, and honestly, it's the best pizza I've had around ballarat.my kids get the chips/nuggets, the nuggets are beautiful peices of chicken, not just nuggets.
Always a 10/10 when we go there.we will keep coming back.

Friendly polite staff. We are probably one of the very few customers that dine in. Complimentary garlic bread was served promptly. Pizzas were delicious. We ordered Aussie and Hawaiian.

Would not recommend at all ordered at 6.27 arrived at 8.07 when said 45mins it will be there after a phone call the worker didn't know much about the order and said it will be there shortly 30 mins finally arrives food was cold

Was referred to this great pizza, pasta place. Best advice.
Pizza was perfect, tasty and full of fillings. Chips also were crunchy and tasty. Was served by a friendly, helpful girl.
Would recommend.

A year ago was our go to pizza place. But am finding time and time again the quality is at a low level. Need to pick up their game, I hope they get back to serving great pizza again in the future.

Had pizza on new years so it was very busy but I did find the pizza topping not evenly spread out and piled up too much in the centre. And the dough was ok but not great.

It’s such a shame. I have been ordering food from Don Chicos for over a year. Not only has the quality decreased but the level of service as well. I was told my phone in order would be 10 minutes it turned out to be 35 no one came and told me what the delay was while I sat waiting in the shop. This is the third time in a month that this exact scenario has happened.

This pizza shop was the first time lve brought from there, l ordered a family size meat lovers and to my
amazement this was one hell of a pizza, it was thin base and plenty of toppings, and it took two hands to hold to hold the box, Where for the last 6 months l have been buying from one of the large retailers, the last time I bought a family size meat lover's l was holding the box with the pizza in it with
one hand, l said to the delivery bloke is there anything in here and he saids Yes your family size meat lover's pizza, when l opened the box well that was it, No more buying pizzas from mass production retailers, fresh is best,

If you enjoy cold pizza this is the place for you. Order 2 pizzas for delivery, they said 45 mins which was fine but an hour and a half later the pizzas arrived, we almost had to defrost them they were that cold.

One of the worst pizza’s I’ve ever had, can’t believe I waited almost TWO HOURS For something less flavourful than the cardboard box it was delivered in. Truely a disappointment. Do better

Such dry pizzas, definitely the worst pizza.all the stuff on top falling off i had tandoori chicken.would not recommend

Pizza sub par this time, both under cooked andtoo much sauce, and person serving was quantry without being in a Elizabethan drama

If your wanting to order pizza with a side of food poisoning, this is the place for you!
Ordered a few pizzas for lunch yesterday, one being a BBQ chicken. Clearly dates arent being checked & old stock is being used, as my husband than spent many hours glued to the bathroom floor. Never again would i order from this place.

Pizza took 2 hours to arrive. It was cold and they forgot some items. So had to wait for a second delivery.

Delicious value for money pizza's. Can have the occasional bad one but mainly just with bases toppings are consistently nice.

Good pizza, great customer service. Online ordering was really simple, able to place order for a later pickup time.
Food always hot and ready on time.

A very busy place the staff got through all the customers in no time great customer service a good variety of pizza and pasta a very nice gentleman who was serving us gave the kids a free jelly.

One of the best pizzas in the area.
I have been here on a number of occasions and haven't been disappointed yet.
