Don Chichios Pizza & Pasta

Something has changed here. Not the same pizza it used to be. And how hard is it to cook bloody chips. They are a soggy disgrace. Nuggets flavour has changed and are never cooked properly.

Food was ok. Pizza has lots of topping.

Back after 9 months food is disgusting. No cheese.dry and unappetising

Had Pizza here for the 1st time in a very long time.
The staff members where friendly and served with a smile.
Person who served me was very polite and informative, offering me a better deal.
Pizza was well cooked and full of flavor.
Shop was clean and tidy.only downside, I think the pizza could have had a little more topping, as seen in the photo, pineapple and cheese stop a long way from the edge and pineapple is a little sparse.

I will definitely buy here again, and I recommend this place.

Two weeks in a row pizza cold when delivered items missing from delivery almost 3 hours to drop off missing item

Amazing pizza, BUT don’t bother with delivery, barely ever on time, wait times between 20minutes to almost an hour after the expected delivery time.

I placed an order via the app at 6.00pm. At 7.15 it hadnt updated on the app so called them to be told “it won’t be far away and never trust the app”. 7.55 pm we called again and were told it had been made fresh and it was with the driver and wouldn’t be far away. It finally arrived at 8.40pm and was cold! No apologies just a cold pizza that took 2 phone calls and 2.5hrs! Not good enough! As a regular customer this is disappointing, won’t be going there again.

Always a great marinara pizza! Consistently good and great value for money. Well done guys. Keep it up!

Haven't had them for a while, was very happy with the pizzas that I ordered, very filling and had a lot of filling on top will be back for shore.

Been in Ballarat for 10 years, from first visit I ordered pizza, The pizza was rich in topping.also kids loved free jelly with family size pizza, since then we are regular customers, I would like to thank all staff they were wonderful as always even during covid time, delivery is fantastic if it delayed it worth waiting, I say best pizza shop in Ballarat.thank you again.

I loved the food here 10yrs ago recently moved back and still awesome and honeycomb cheesecake is thee best dont stop making it ever.

Sick and tired getting pizza from here nice pizza but twice in 3 weeks wrong order once delivery 2nd gone to shop to pick up get home and still wrong then they deliver due to there wrong doing and comes over hr later and cold lift your game.

Called for a delivery, shows up 2 hours after the order was placed and cold. A rebate was organised only after calling the store.
Communication needs work.

Ordered delivery, we were told our order would be an hour, 1 and 3/4 of an hour later we received our tea. It was cold, I'm sure it may have been nice if it hadn't taken so long. We'd phoned to see where it was when it was 15 mins late and they said it was already being delivered so it took another 15 mins to get to us and we live 5 mins away from the shop. Very disappointing!

Loved the pizza lots of filling, nice base, chips a little dissapointing felt like they were cooked an hour before pizzas being made. Mousse extremely tasteful. Will try again

So went to place a order today for a family pizza, the guy I was speaking with asked if I wanted it picked up or delivery, I said delivery, when asked what pizzas I wanted he placed me on hold, and hanged the phone up, then he decided to ring back and say sorry I lost you half way through, I said that's fine then once again he asked me what I wanted to order then i said which pizzas he then started playing loud sounds on thr speaker phone. Terrible service will not be ordering again.

We've ordered here off n on for years but lately they've gone way bad. Tonight it was over 90 minutes before we called to ask where our otder was. All the dumb woman could tell us was that 'it's on the way". Previously we've had similar problems with orders delivered COLD. STAY AWAY FROM THESE AMATEURS. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT. We just called Pinky's and the pizza arrived in 40 minutes hot and tasty. Screw you Don Chiccio

Staff were friendly pizza was ok pasta raw and served in a white watery soup overpowered with garlic however garlic bread was great prob the best part of a $70 order
