Domino's Pizza Wyndham Vale

Sad when you order a half and half pizza and you can't tell what half is what because they skimped so bad on the ingredients you paid full pizza price for the halves are indistinguishable. The tiny (large) pizza was cold even though we're only about 5k from the store. Don't waste your time getting ripped off with this garbage they call a pizza.

Wyndham Vale dominos is A BIGGG JOKKEE AND the worst ever. First order the the Pizza was burnt. Next order I ordered through app and requested for a free pizza on the next order as promised but the free pizza was not provided. When I called them they mentioned that I should reach the online team and they who are working for Dominos took my order ONLINE but do not have online team’s contact. THIS IS A BIGGG JOKKKEEE. Also I asked for the person’s name and he didn’t tell me his name as well. Worst worst professionals.

Bad service order pizza made it wrong. I rang up talk to manger they dont care.and I'm pregnant.would like someone to contact me

I’m unable to under Why dominos can’t have meat from a halal butcher or supplier. Every time I ended up ordering veggie pizza.also their new seafood range pizza are so tasteless. Especially the smoked Salmon, that has no smoky taste at all.
Rest They have good service and everything is so good. I only request to please atleast have halal chicken.

The pizza was great but the staff member was not happy, no smile, no greeting, didn't care, and it seemed to be a bother that someone came in to order food. I was hoping they would at least pretend that they cared that a customer came inside to spend money on their product. That customer service put me off. The pizza itself was great - the Hawaiian, and I didn't have to wait long. It was lunch time when I went in. Maybe they'll be in a better mood on some other day in the future.

Extremely disappointed with customer service. A guy (manager) over the phone was so rude. We frequently place an order for delivery. This time we requested to put chillies flakes on cheesy garlic bread. Was happy to pay extra for the chilies flakes. He was so arrogant and said “I am the manager and we won’t do this. You can complain it on official page of Domino’s pizza”. Guessing he doesn’t care about customers. I think, putting the chillies flakes on cheesy garlic bread wasn’t a big deal.

Won’t order again from this store.

Very unprofessional and rude people. Yesterday I ordered pizza and it didn’t came for any hour. When I called and said this is second time it happened and I will not order pizza again from Dominos then the lady who picked the call, said very rudely “it’s ok do not order pizza again from here and do not come to our store ever”. And hung up the call on me. When I called back and asked her name so that I can share her name here, one guy who picked the call said that they are a bit busy and will call me back. And what happened was I expected, he never called back.

Worst dominos experience I’ve had in Melbourne. They put so little cheese and toppings. After 3-4 occasions when I complained they said we give only 70gms cheese. I was shocked at this statement. Very rude behaviour by the lady here, she didn’t even say a single word to show any consideration. Hope they understand the importance of customer service someday.

Answers the phone with just "Hello! ". Instead of " this is domino's how can I help you? "
Stuffed up my order not once but twice in same order.
Can barely understand them via phone as they mumble and they clearly can't understand customers either! Won't be going back.

Never had a problem with the staff or the food. The store is always clean though it can be busy the staff serve you as quickly as they are able to and when place phone order foods always ready when they say it will be.

I absolutely LOVE this Domino's, I usually order through Deliveroo and the pizza's are beautiful, they're ALWAYS delivered fresh and hot and really quickly, and always within the time frame given, usually earlier.
The drivers are lovely, extremely friendly and courteous

Service is bad and the food as well. Pizza wasn't cooked properly and the desert was burnt. When called to complain was offered new but not much better.

Very quick delivery and delicious wings - especially for a midnight order. Just a tip to management - please tell your driver's/delivery people to view the notes for delivery. I mentioned to please not ring the doorbell but they still did anyways. Apart from that, I'll definitely be ordering again.

Went yesterday to pickup pizza. When i went inside the store there no mean of social distancing its like 6 people working in kitchen area and they are sticking next to each other. One of the staff touching his face mask and then touching the pizza’s. After waiting 5 minutes when i got my pizza its was like this went back to counter there is no sorry and and the indian girl i think she is the manager doesn’t seems happy.

Very bad customer service. There is a lady name Anusha she don't have manner to speak. Poor customer dealing. Not recommended
