Domino's Pizza Wyndham Vale

How do you expect customers to wait 45 minutes for 1 pizza? Giving priority to other delivery service not the person who waiting to pick up

I order online two pizza one is ready and seconds pizza another 15 minutes wait no quality of work
Speak with guy over the counter he said everybody can do mistakes I said thank you you are very educated man

I ordered a Supreme pizza, but it turned out to be just a plain cheese pizza with no toppings. The pizza was poorly cut, making it hard to find eight slices. It's overly dry, and the person making it wore a glove only on one hand while adjusting toppings without gloves on the other. It's quite unpleasant, and I won't be returning to this store.

So my online order was nearly 30min past its delivery schedule. I had to reheat it to eat it. Never again be warned.and I even tipped, will never use their delivery service again and the was less then the usual half full as well very disappointing.

Your pizza is late by 20 mins, then shows ready on the screen and on your phone, surprisingly you wait for another 20 mins, order is off the screen long ago, pizza still nowhere, staff has no clue what's happening, pizza still not inside oven, and after lots of wait and turns out they haven't even started making it.
So poorly managed kitchen.
Moreover people in oven side not wearing gloves, punching their nose at times and tossing pizzas with same hands.will throw it into the bin for sure.
And will try to avoid this kitchen in future.

Finally after 45 minutes of wait and a long argument, got this half burnt pizza.

Today i got overcooked pasta.hope we get another Domino's nearby sooner

Always busy but really fast sevice, not the friendliest but always reliable. Good for the price and rush of it

Its happened from last 4-5 times. Everytime, instructions are not followed properly. 2-3 items are missing. The pizza is cold. They give the wrong pizza. I ordered butter chicken pizza with deep pan crust, specially mentioned in instructions to add oregano and chilli flakes. What i got- “Classic crust pizza with No butter chicken sauce, No oregano, No chilli flakes”. And the owner say everytime that “ I can give u free pizza tomorrow” Like, what if we had ordered for dinner, and they expect us to sleep empty stomach and eat next day as breakfast. Its not about money or refund. Its about how much careless the whole staff is! #TOTALLY WASTAGE OF TIME AND MONEY #PLEASE DONOT ORDER FROM WYNDHAM VALE STORE.

It's best if you use the app and just pick up your order or go for a walk because it is a tiny show.

The pizza arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I'm thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at Dominos Wyndhamvale again in the future. Highly recommended.ordered a mega meatlovers and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived.

Wanted to try it again after a long time but yeah, probably won't return for a while. Just don't really like the quality and really small portions

Tasteless and disrespectful made. Upon sharing feedback with Staff, there response was - this is how it’s made. Staff was definitely tired from long day of shift.

Just got off the phone to your typical rude domino employee, messed my order up so I called to check what was going on and rather than letting me finish he kept talking over me! Only for him to completely dismiss the mistake on his end and follow it with it will be there in 15 minutes, bye.
I'm not rude and 100% understand the stress of hospitality but hold some professionalism and be nice when you make an error.

Pizzas are ok. Everytime i order cheesy garlic there's always a burnt bottom and everytime I call the store there's a guy who would get defensive and say that's the normal and I'm like no turn your oven down and stop rushing orders out and decreasing cook times. It's like clock work for some but if you work with food just put some sort of care in it even if its letting it cook in its actual time instead of speeding it up and getting it over and done with and turning up the heat and speeding up the conveyor or put the normal amount of ingredients instead of too much or too less.

Poor customer service and didn’t get the taste of spicy Pepe paneer. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Worst pizza I ever had. We order from this place all the time but pizza was the worst one could ever cook. The gravy in pizza was watery and made entire pizza soggy.

Requested for deep pan, got normal one
Edit: August 31,2022: Added extra mushroom toppings, found even less than regular.

Decent price for a good pizza. Service is reasonable and friendly also. Would be better if pizza was cut evenly.

Amazing pizza if you want bloody food poisoning. I was throwing up for days. Not to mention the delivery drive slamming on the door at 10: 30 at night. Absolutely ridiculous.

This stores delivery times is so bad now. 2hr from order to delivery on thursday. One time they didn't deliver, didn't answer phones. And then a pizza rocked up 4 hours after order. AFTER I'd ordered from elsewhere, had it delivered and eaten. If you're ordering from the app, I don't think you have a choice if it's coming from here, but if you're ordering via phone and you fall in another stores territory as well, go there instead
