45Warning to all those who are gluten free! THIS IS SERIOUS! Just because the base is gluten free it doesn't mean that the ingredients or the sauce is, or that there is no cross contamination. We ordered a gluten free base and asked to make sure everything was gluten free. It wasn't and my wife has been very sick for two days, if not any better tomorrow will be admitted to hospital. Please all who suffer from allergies double and triple check with the store and please all stores make sure you advise your clients to avoid what my wife is now going through.
I always like a good pizza joke.however sometimes the punch lines can be a bit cheesy

Even when going by the app's ETA the food is consistently 5-10 minutes later than the estimate. Food is generally decent, but the always incorrect ETA is extremely frustrating and a waste of time.
My family have ordered from dominos pizza lysterfield 3 times in the last month. The first time, the delivery was half an hour late and i had to contact the store to confirm where my order was. The second time after the order was 1 hour late, I contacted the store where the worker stated it would come in 15 mins. 30 minutes later my order was still not here and I contacted again, only to find out upon delivery that they had forgotten part of our order, even though i waited almost two hours for my delivery. Thankfully, it was ordered through ubereats and we were refunded the full amount straight away plus an extra voucher for future delivery. I have ordered once again tonight through the dominos website, the order came on time however they had left out 40 kickerbites and 10 wings. When i had contacted them, they put me on hold for 5 minutes upon answering my call just to get back and tell me that they had provided me with my full order and implying that i was incorrect. It wasn't until I had mentioned that I ordered from them the week before and they had forgotten part of my order that they finally agreed to deliver the rest of my food and offered a free drink after stating "we can give a free drink if you want" instead of kindly offering for the bad customer service we've constantly had. Fair to say, after giving them three chances, I will not be ordering from Dominos lysterfield again.
