Domino's Pizza Lysterfield

Bought some pizzas from the outlet when they had the 50% off traditional and premium pizza range. Service was OK and prompt. Toppings on the pizza were generous and tasty. For a quick dinner fix, I reckon this is good enough.

Best Thursday afternoon staff ever.
They are so lovely to my 5 year old when she goes up to order. They know her order now & always greet us with a big smile…!

Ordered a Supreme pizza for $25.95.
Delivered to my home.
The pizza was cold & terrible on toppings.
Rang the Lysterfield dominos to complain & Raj the manager told me
not order pizza from them anymore.
He did refund me the money but that’s not the point.

The worst domino’s outlet I have come across! Gosh the previous management was bad without any doubt so I thought to give it another go by seeing the “under new management “ board, but again the quality is same as the previous management.poor poor poor, pizza was under baked and instead of a peri peri SWIRL as per the description, it was dipped in peri peri. Imagine eating an undercooked pizza dipped badly in a sauce resulting in severe stomach problems! Sick.the cheesy garlic pizza had no cheese, can’t believe! Hope this place gets blessed with some good management.

Maddy was awesome. Great customer service. Was able to shut out all the white noise while keeping a track on everything.

Flavours were okay. 1 had the very bottom just cooked and the rest was raw.
Chose hand directly to me and gave clear instructions yet they were not followed. Eventually got food that had been left on the ground at the wrong door and when I opened the box it contained ants which I assume was from leaving it on the concrete rather than handing it to me as requested.

This is the worst outlet I have come across. Not sure how they still have business. I ordered pizza for a lunch party requesting delivery by 1pm, at 1.30pm it had still not arrived. The app was not updating, so I could not check the where the driver was. I had to drive to the outlet to find out about my order. The guy there told me that the order has been dispatched even without looking at my order, it only took me 3 min to the store, so I could not have missed the delivery. When the pizzas finally arrived, I questioned the driver, he told me he had to come from keysborough to pick up the order from this store and deliver to my place. This not the first time.

I actually like Domino's pizza but I don't think the Lysterfield outlet is very good. We ordered many pizzas from this place and the quality/service is not what it used to be. Most recently, I ordered pizza for a kid's lunch party and after about 20 min the pizza tracker app stopped updating. I wondered, "Where's my pizza? Did the order not go through? " So I started calling multiple times, no one picks up the phone and I've got hungry teenage boys at home! After 1 hour & 10 mins, I gave up and called PIZZA HUT who saved the day. By ordering a rush delivery from PIZZA HUT, I received my pizzas within 25 min. Only after I received my PIZZA HUT pizza, did dominos finally deliver their pizzas about 1hr 40min late! That's a lot of $$ on pizzas.
This was several weeks ago. No one picked up the phone at this dominos. So I wrote in a complaint to Dominos.no one ever responded. This is not the first time I've had problems here and even if you go into the store, they are dismissive. Look at the other reviews.
Domino's HQ, PLEASE take notice! It's your brand.

45 mins late, not what i ordered and tracker was basically useless. Never again, ordered extra large which is supposed to have 50% more toppings, got 1 prawn on each piece, think about it. Disgraceful

First and last time ordering. I ordered two pizzas online to pick up and one of them was the wrong pizza. When I rang I asked if they could deliver the correct pizza but they said no because Im not in the right zone even though this store is closer than my zoned store and the right zone is literally the other side of the street. I was also hung up on and the staff on the phone were so rude. I then put all the kids back in the car to go get the right pizza. The girl in the store gave me an extra pizza which was appreciated however something different would have been better as I now have an abundance of sub-par pizza. Took an hour from start to finish. Won’t be returning.

Very disappointed with the service and quality of food!
Put in the order at 7.07pm with a response that the “pizzas” would arrive between 7.20pm and 7.40. After multiple calls our pizza’s arrived at 8.45pm!
To add further insult the pizza’s looked NOTHING like they advertise and pride themselves on, with hardly any toppings and without all the “said” ingredients!
When I confronted the man at the door and said politely this really isn’t good enough… he quickly dismissed me by telling me they are busy and that’s that! Not good enough DOMINOS!
We ended up having to physically go to the store at 9pm at night to show them what they had delivered and waited a further 20min while the order was made Again!
After returning home we looked at the pizzas and they still didn’t look like they advertise!
Domino’s if you don’t know what you are doing best not to do it at all!
Very disappointed and won’t be returning there.

Extremely disappointed with Dominos Lysterfield tonight. Ordered at 5: 45 said my order would be delivered between 6: 15 - 6: 25. Got to 6: 40 then I rang to enquire when I might receive the order. The staff member named Sam told me our order had just left but the driver had 5 orders to deliver. Order arrived at 7: 00 driver and was cold. The driver was very rude and rushed off. I rang the store again and Sam said if it was another driver the order would have been 2 hours late! Really! I told him that was not a good answer and poor customer service. He said he could not do anything and I should complain to owner! Wow cannot believe the terrible service

Average on all aspects- quality toppings etc. Won't order again from dominos always let me down.

I just have two serious complaints about this place. Food is oversalted and if you customise your pizza expect some of your customisations not to reflect on the finished product.

Staff are polite and delivery is quick, if you opt for delivery. The camera bot that visually inspected food and shows the photo of your order before pickup is usually offline.

I called to get this fixed the guy who attended call was rude and gave me a stupid reply that they weight the pizza.and meats.since I customised the pizza they can’t help.

Came into the store to change a $50 note to smaller notes, firstly the lady made me wait because she was talking to and flirting with her colleague and then only would change the note if I had ordered food from them. What’s the difference…you’re not losing any money. Rude customer service, not impressed.it’s not that hard to help someone out.

Domino's lysterfield haven't let us down, on time, hot food, great variety of toppings, and all of the delivery drivers are so lovely and friendly, doing a sterling job, keep it up, well done and thank you

Large traditional pizza displayed on websites are larger then the actual physical pizza. It’s smaller and a bit expensive for what is offered. It tasted alright. We had the Meatlovers and supreme classic crust.

I pre ordered on line and Delivery was on time. Pizzas were delicious and hot. Fabulous service
