Domino's Pizza Highton

I used to frequently order pizzas through online from this store. However, on 24th Feb, 2022, I ordered pizza and few drinks and, when the delivery arrived, the person advised the store is running out of drinks. It was not very professional on not informing this in prior to the delivery. However, understanding the circumstances, I asked the person to process the refund of the drinks. He called the store in front of me and advised that the refund can be done and it has been put on process.

I called the store again on next Monday to inform on the issue and the store person said the delivery is on process and will take 3-5 business days. I called again on Wednesday and this time the person picked the call and advised to redirect call to the store manager but no one answered after. The refund was never made.

The issue here is not about money, it's about the loss of customer trust who has been frequently ordering from the store because of the service offered. The refund was not a hefty amount of money too. It did not at all reflect the professionalism and customer service. Customer should know in prior if any of their order cannot be fulfilled before a delivery is made. And there should be a follow up answers to any queries put forward on refunds.

I am never going to order from this store again.

The pizza tastes good, and the staff are friendly, so in those regards I have no complaints. My issue with the business as a whole however stems from the fact that they don't employ Uber Eats drivers, yet they list themselves on Uber Eats. This almost always results in delivery times FAR greater than what the app tells you. Orders should be free when they take so long to arrive, or the business should actually let Uber Eats drivers deliver the food so it arrives quicker.

Just made an order tonight and after getting home one of the pizzas was stuffed up. Called up to ask if they can replace it and was told they can’t do anything about it due to being too busy. Won’t be returning.

It's not good enough to cancel my order without telling me multiple times when I have ordered delivery an hour and a half before closing. At least I get the money back, but poor service

Raj's service is outstanding everytime. Such a welcoming energy with immaculate customer service skills. Will definitely be returning to this dominos!

My order was not delivered.

I ordered pizza and after 45 minutes on that app said my pizza was delivered. I couldn't even track the driver. I called they store they laughed at me and said that i am the one who's trying to scam them. They blamed me for just 20 bucks. Businesses like these need to learn a lesson. If you are ordering from this shop be aware these things happens alot by this store.

Good service and quality pizzas. An error was made with a pizza on the original order and they had no hesitations in re-doing and delivering the correct pizza with the addition of a free drink.

Extremely rude and poor service. Rand was the person I had the misfortune of dealing with, who could not take my order because of a fault in their system. We had a free voucher to use but their system wasn’t working and that would've been fine but the way she spoke to me was taunting and sarcastic and basically laughed at my dilemma. Told us to go elsewhere and laughed again. Extremely disappointed and will let my family and friends know not to frequent this establishment.

Disgusting customer service from the manager. Didn't deliver the pizza and then lied and said they had. Tried to contact them numerous times that evening but the phone went to a message service that said it was full and then when I called the next day the manager lied about the phone not working and hung up on me. I will order from Bubba Pizza or Town and Country in the future.

Got the five dollar value pepperoni, and was very nice, went and ate it down near the falls. Nice shop.

I popped in to Domino's Highton tonight for some (unplanned!) takeaway, and I was blown away by the quality of the pizzas - they were delicious. The pizzas were hot and were really fresh (not greasy). Yum! The vegetarian options were great, too. The staff were all lovely as well. I'll be back - thanks, Domino's Highton! Two thumbs up!

We have been long time customers at this store but the last few times have been really poor. Tonight will be our last order.
To the american/canadian nasal yelling banshee, who happens to be a staff member.correct protocol when you make a pizza wrong, is to APOLOGISE and rectify the situation. Not scream at the paying customer who didn't get the food they ordered, tell the customer they are crazy and then hang out in their ear. Thankfully when i called back, your manager handled things appropriately. The best thing he could tell you do to is go home and never come back. Cos you've just cost him business!

Pizza is always immaculately presented. Always fresh. However, the chips/donuts are sometimes undercooked, though.

A very proficient and courteous Team who despite always being 'flat out' make delicious pizzas, other menu items and desserts.

Dictionary

Cold pizza. Pizza toppings stuck to lid. Pull one piece toppings from the next 5 all come with it as the cheese cooled and harden. Noticed on the app was 'ready instore' for over 20mins and the delivery driver made like 3 stops before us (app says 17 mins to delivery) so 40mins all up and we in turn got cold food. Good form domino's. Especially on a $50 order

This isn’t the closet dominos to us but we go because of the consistency, one team member can’t cut the pizza to save her life but otherwise good amount of toppings evenly distributed

We're a fussy family and as a result pizza toppings/changes are missed. On this occasion the order was perfect. This was our first experience with this store and they've earned their 5 stars. Order was correct and hot/fresh, pizza toppings were good (with lots of bacon), delivery was fast and the delivery driver had great customer service. Will order again from this store.

My pizza had sand on it like literally every piece with small white rocks! Eeew, wondered if they are cleaning floors with a cloth and wiping benches too. Then asked for disposable cups wand they were disgusting with dust, will never order from here filthy place

Extremely dissapointing. The store was listed online as open and was taking online orders. Waited 50 minutes with no contact. Called the store to get told they weren't open until 3pm (1 hour later). Communication was terrible, I had to call them, and I still never got a pizza. Only got told my refund would take 5 business days. I would opt for Pizzas with Attitude in Highton instead to be honest. Your customer experience needs a lot of work yet Dominos.
