Twice I’ve ordered pizza that tastes like melted plastic. Never experienced anything like this from any other Domino’s. Workers are friendly and helpful.

Delivery is always at least an hour late.
After waiting an hour and a half today, I called and was told the driver had delivered to the wrong address and would we like them to make it again?
No communication whatsoever and no apology at all.
Absolutely the worst Domino’s I have ever experienced.

Every item was burnt, dry or sliced like it was done with plastic cutlery. If I wanted food like that, I would’ve gone to the Kmart dvd section. Get your bloody things in order!

Never ever order from here if you want your food to turn up. We ordered late at night via Uber eats and after the app saying it had been delivered we called and the shop staff angrily said they would deliver it once they closed. Hours later, no food. Guess that’s why everyone knows dominos has horrible food and even worse customer service

Shocking experience. Ordered online at approx 12pm and scheduled pickup for 5: 45 pm later that evening. I attended at 5: 45 p.m and was told that my order was not ready. My name was visible on screen and stated '49 minutes'. I re-attended one hour later at 7: 00 p.m and was told that my order was still not ready. My name had since disappeared off screen and the staff basically said "I don't know when it will be ready". I ended up leaving and had to make alternative dinner arrangements. Paid for something I did not receive. Never again.

I am still waiting for my refund! Did not get my order on “appreciation day” after waiting almost 2 hours and was told I was getting my money back and almost 2 weeks later I don’t have my refund. Where’s the manager? Who can I speak to?

I ordered online and had not received pizza an hour later, with the tracking app stating it was still “being made”. I called the store to check on the status only to be told “there’s no delivery tonight, we’re really busy”. I asked how that was possible considering the order was placed and paid for an hour order to which the boy replied “I don’t know what to tell you, we’re really busy, maybe I can get you a manager”. Another young staff member answered and told me “we’re not doing any delivery”. I asked what was happening considering I’d ordered an hour ago and according to the tracking, it was still being made. Her response “I don’t know, we’re busy, maybe I can get you a manager”. The manager finally came on and was incredibly rude. Talking over me, explaining they’re busy, not doing online orders and are calling every customer to cancel. I pointed out I had ordered an hour earlier and I was calling the store, not the other way round. Again, I was just told they’re really busy and he’s cancelling the order. I questioned why they were still taking online orders if they’re not fulfilling them to which he had no response. He said he was cancelling my order and I’d receive a refund in 3-5 business days. No explanation other than “we’re really struggling”, no apology, just rudeness. I also had the pleasure of hearing the staff i had previously spoken to, talking rudely about me while I was on the phone. So professional.

Surely if you can’t deliver, you’d 1.close off the ability to order delivery, and 2.call clients who had already ordered, to give them the choice of picking it up? I’m genuinely shocked at the lack of professionalism and customer service?

I don’t feel like a very appreciated customer on customer appreciation day.

We ordered at 3: 40 for a 5: 30 pick up. After waiting in the cold until 6: 30 there was no sign of the order even being close to ready. So I headed home to get the hungry kids to bed. After getting the kids to bed I headed back to a surprising quiet looking shop at around 8pm. I was then rudely informed my order had been cancelled as the oven was broken.

They had literally just handed a person next to me a piping hot pizza so I find that hard to swallow. Also a staff member was currently cooking a heap of chocolate desserts in an oven whilst at the time telling me that the oven wasn’t working.

Dominos highton need to make this right by the community or we simply won’t shop there again

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND YET! As other customers were left disappointed on "appreciation day" with the same excuse that the oven was not working, all staff was on their phones after waiting almost 2 hours for my order. I was told I was going to receive my refund and almost 2 weeks later I HAVENT. Went again to the store and told me they were refunding me straight away and also never happened. WHERE IS THE MANAGER? I need my refund ASAP.

I thank Mario and team for there superb efforts in the pizzas on time on a day were there was a sale going one. Best time coordination. Hats off guys

The Dominos manager who was working at 9: 30 PM has an absolutely outstanding customer service, taught the boys to sign up on the dominos app in order to get a free pizza, overheard the boys saying how good dominos meatballs was and made us an extra customised meatball pizza with a 1.25 L of pepsi max, really grateful for his customer service️️️

Today my partner and I made an order for your Highton store which had cheap pizza for customer appreciation day. We ordered at 1pm in the afternoon and scheduled it for a 5.30pm pick up. It was then said it would be an hour and a half late so pickup would be 7pm. Frustrating because we ordered so early you would think they could have gotten it going in the 4.5 hours before our pickup time but we were understanding. We then went in to pick it up at 7 and were told our order was cancelled. This is beyond annoying and just poor service. We ordered at 1pm and only 6 hours later once we went IN TO THE STORE did we get told this. So we have waited an extra 1.5 hours to end up with no pizza. The least you could have done is message us this and saved us coming in to pick up nothing. This is extremely disappointing that on a customer appreciation day you don't prepare enough and end up leaving most customers more annoyed and unappreciated.

Tried once! Domino's Global Brand DNA of truly awful pizzas is maintained wherever I have made the mistake of inflicting them on myself. Lesson learnt! I will never order from a Domino's anywhere in the world! I mean.is that even real cheese?

I had a fantastic experience at this Domino's, it was my first time travelling to Highton that night and the person there that served me and my wife was incredible, he took our orders and made them almost instantly and while i have forgotten to place an order for the milkshake he again instantly made it for me all the while training somebody new and keeping the place spotless, i dont think i have ever seen such incredible performance at a Domino's before.

Pizza's was amazing as well! 10/10

One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten.full of fat, overbearing sauce and little nutritional value. No wonder this company makes such huge profits.the cost to produce such awful food is minimal judging by the ingredients.what a waste of money.avoid.

This is the “Soup Nazi” kitchen experience of Geelong. Went to order in person to be told told extremely rudely - No Pickup…. No Pickup and told to leave. Ok it’s Friday night raining and no one wants to cook but that is no excuse for being treated so poorly.

Update to the above. While waiting at fish and chip shop nearby observe at least 4 people pick up pizzas from store that has No Pickup? !? !

10/10 rating if I could, the customer service of this stores’ team is incredible. So lovely and sweet.insanely flexible options and team were patient with orders and well informed for guidance on toppings and pairings.
Highly recommend SO to BarraboolHillsDominoes?

Supervisor/manager was rude. At 9: 35pm I was told that the store is closed though"Now cooking" sign was still ON. Surprisingly, checked online and found the store closing time was 10pm. Ordered online while standing outside and my 2 pizza were ready for pickup in 10mins. I asked politely why was I refused initially and the supervisor/manger replied in a rude manner said that they would have cancelled my order from the system and had shown me an angry face. This is not a quality service from Dominos. Went through the reviews for this particular store and found that customers have been treated like this before already. Dominos has to think about franchise for this particular store. Don't want to talk about the pizza, it was all messed up with improper ingredients.

We placed an order for milkshakes, they didn't bother to make them, cancelled the order but never bothered to let us know. I phoned the shop, the person who answered the phone was rude, incompetent and very ignorant. Not good enough Domino's, your products aren't worth your jumped up attitude to customers.
