Domino's Pizza Bundoora

I was trying to order through Menu log and the food said it had been delivered even though there was no food. So I tried to call them for about 2 hours or so with twice someone picking up and putting the phone down again to hang up. So I ended up having to go down there about 3 hours after I ordered to just see what was going on. I was pretty tired at this point and just wanted the food and go. I would've kicked up more of a fuss if it was even worth the effort.

They said that menulog isn't working at the moment which in fairness isn't their fault but not being able to have someone pick up a call in 2 hours to resolve it is. If I had been told that over the phone there would have been no issue at all. However now I wasted 3 hours of my life because the place has basically no staff and nobody bothered to pick up the phone.

Food is fine and prices are too but honestly there is so many pizza places in the area that I have no real reason to come back here when I know I can get better service elsewhere.

Usually dominoes is meh.but.the chicken woth Camembert cheese was bloody delicious.poor guy was on his own and really snowed under hence our order was late.but felt sorry for him as he was soo busy

Quality has diminished over the last 3 years. They skimp on the toppings, pizzas are often burnt or undercooked and staff in store are rude. Do yourself a favour and buy from a local small business instead.

My address is never in any of the online apps
Orders always get cancelled
And something is always missing when delivered

Got my free pizzas in 2022 through the deal so I am going to give 5 Stars even though one of the pizza was not the one I ordered and thanks for giving me one additional pizza

Customer service wasn't the best they are very slow at taking orders but the pizza was good. I highly recommend the thin and crispy crust it was delicious!

I ordered two Hawaiian pizzas, a vegio and those three with cheese crust. In addition I bought a BBQ meat lovers thin crust. The Hawaiian pizzas had three pieces of pineapples and perhaps 10 threads of ham. I have a photograph as evidence. The crust of the cheese crust pizzas was hard as shoe sole. The only pizza worthwhile was the thin crust BBQ meat lovers because of the crust and not because of the toping. I won't go back again.quality 1/10, taste 0/10.0/10

1 Star is very higj rating for Bundoora Dominos, worst Service and they provided ur burnt Garlic Bread, Their evening Manager needs training from scratch how to behave in hospitality industry else Bundoora Dominos should buy locks to shut this store soon coz of Their attitude towards Customers.

Absolutely appalling customer service, tried to fix an issue with my delivery and instead was not only spoken to very rudely, but also hung up on (I rang back), and told that I wasn't able to get a refund for the pizzas I never received and that I was wasting their time. It wasn't until I asked where to leave this negative review that I was given help (if you could call it that)

The pizza arrived at my door step cold. Opened the box, looked like ingredients were throwed on it, one slice with 4-5 olives and other slice none. Tomoato base was a thick layer, way more than required. Called the store to report it, their staff - stated ' I cutted that pizza, I didn't see a problem with it'. On asking for 5-6 time she told her name - TANIA, unfortunately she is the manager of the store and she do not know who is the owner. Then she tried to throw the blame on the delivery driver who was had nothing to do with it. He didn't prepared the pizza!
She said the driver must have done it on the way. Absolutely, unprofessional staff member!

First time order feom their storw. I will stick to Dominos in Heidelberg. The best Dominos pizza to order.

Mayank Patel manager of the Bundoora Dominos Store, was so rude, denied to give me my food because i had free voucher even though it went through online.it was my first time to use any free voucher. I am so disappointed looking at how many people have mention about same matter and he still continuous to do it. Company should be careful giving franchise to such people. Not going there again.

They do a good job for what it is, but if one wishes to make ordering easier, do it online.
I have had to point out the Pizza on the Menu because they told me at more than one store that it does not exist, but order online and magically they make it without any denials. A bit of a joke really!
But hey it makes us laugh when we know why we are ordering online.

Order was missing garlic bread. When I called to ask why it was missing they stated they were closing soon, and didn’t want to send another one and to just ask for a free one next time I order.

Not my first time ordering from here, in fact at least once a week I will order my daughter's favourite pizza from this branch. I always get the same thing which is garlic creme fraiche pizza as it is her favourite. Our delivery today was the best as I have never came across such a polite and friendly service from Domino's staff, although I ordered through menu log and I will rate his delivery there I thought I'll come here and also share my experience as well. We just ordered peppy paneer pizza had no panner on half the slices. The other half had such tiny mini pieces of paneer its as good as not being on the pizza.after messaging the domino's Facebook help desk they advised me to call the store. I just called the store to be told a big sorry but we cannot do anything we will pass details to store manager Rashmin
They refused to give me an email or any other contact info for the store manager.since I ordered on the phone I don't have a tracking id for the same. The gluten free crust also tasted like cardboard.
Never order from this store. This was a total waste of my money and time

Pizza had no cheese, not fresh, came upside-down, cold and looked like was made not with hands but with feet, this place needs to shut down.

Dominos bundoora need to replace staff i think i am regular customer everytime they missed 1 item in pizza not checked properly what customer had order yesterday also was the same issue after i come back home and checked 1 item was missing i paid for it not asked for free and this is the third time happened

The cheese burst pizzas and the brownies are the best sometimes they give quite a good discount.
