Domino's Pizza Bundoora

Worst pizza experience ever. Ripped off on multiple occasions. I have ordered pizza over the phone and been given one price only to be changed an extra $10 to $15 upon pick up with absolutely no explanation whatsoever. I have questioned the staff why they have over changed and been given a multitude of answers chopping and changing their stories each time. Um this is theft! Last night I ordered 2 pizzas at $18 each and on delivery which is supposed to be free charged an additional $13.00 with no explanation. They told me that was the cost of the pizza but their advertising states that pizza is $18.00. Once they charged me $28 for a pizza and when I questioned them they gave me my money back. I will be reporting to ACCC.

We were offered a credit from this store and sunny went above a beyond to give us a beautiful take away after a mishap from our last one. Great service!

I personally find the Bundoora Dominos team the best. Navjot is great, he was very polite in his customer service. I also asked him about some deals and he really explained me really well. Will definitely visit again.

There was bit delay in my order but he handled it very well and they really mad good pizza. I would really appreciate his work and attention towards customers.

I like Peri Peri Chicken and Spicy Peppy Paneer pizzas at Domino's. These are my personal favorites. I've tried them at various stores, but I find them particularly enjoyable here. Thanks guys,

Not sure how they get 3+ starts! They are worse in Australia. Had bad experience and will not recommend to anyone. Save your time and energy. They will convert your positive energy to negative. Don’t like to give bad rating but I have to share my bad experience so other don’t suffer. Better spend more money and get peace meal with good moments. ️

Ordered a pizza via Uber.order did not come.tried calling Domino's no one pick up the phone and hung up on me! BAD Service!

Had really bad experience with Domino’s Bundoora. I’ll never use Domino’s anymore and make sure my family and friends will never try. Seriously they don’t care about customers. Fake rating, Should be zero star rating

Turned off their phone without telling menulog. Waited 2 hours for a delivery that never came no automatic refund either. Terrible news experience never again.

Placed an order in Uber eats just for a garlic bread and drink. Waited for 1.5hrs for delivery. Didn’t get the order. Worst part is I saw the driver at my door step and started running behind him and he didn’t even notice me.

I called the shop to advise, reply I get was too many people ordered you got to wait. I told him what happened, the guy on the phone replied what is gonna do with your garlic bread.

It’s someone’s lunch you’re delivering. Please have some courtesy.

Worst service, I called the restaurant to place the order, the staff is very rude and shows attitude. When I said the pizza name the staff was not ready to listen more about the requirements.
Staff need to be trained.

I don't normally leave bad reviews for one instance of an issue. But this was the 3rd time in a row we had issues with delivery service of Bundoora branch within last few months.
This time our order arrived 50min after the app notifed that the order is picked up and it's on its way. Our place is only 8min from the shop. I called the shop 10 min before we receive the order. After several times calling, they finally answered the phone and said the order was picked up ages ago but the driver said he only picked it up 10min ago. Also the drink was missing from our order with obviously cold pizzas. I called the branch several times but no one picked up.
Last 2 times the orders were cancelled without receiving any notification from the app or receiving any call (not sure if it's the app glitch or the branch). Both times, I called the branch 40-50min after submitting the order to follow up and they simply said that they didn't have their delivery person and had to cancel the order.
Please DO NOT accept delivery service if you cannot provide it or let the customer know when you cancel the order. People plan on their dinner. It's embarrassing in front of guests after waiting for one hour to say, you have to wait for another hour to order food from somewhere. In one case no other place was open to order food and our guests had to leave without dinner.

Terrible experience here, didn’t make the order as requested and burnt the pizzas. Overcharged as well

They sent confirmation email that your order is confirmed and without any refund they cancelled my order. Poor management.

Just ordered my food pizza came and it's cold everytime we have ordered my sons mini pan cakes where so hard and so dry and them arguing back about me calling about the price of my kids garlic cheese pizza was dramatic $20 but it's normally a 5 dollar pizza and then says the price of the pizza the delivery fee is I'm that too but on the receipt it says $4 delivery service fee.then argue to say that's a fee for something else. Ummmmm like what?

The quality of the pizzas are excellent and they're delicious. We come back every week to Bundoora Dominos. The staff is friendly and service is timely and professional.

A lot to choose from. Good prices. We got 2 cheese, 1 margaritas and 2 small cheeseburger pizzas for $27. Quick service, friendly. Would recommend.
