Domino's Pizza

Disgusting customer service, impatient with customers and the food is below the expectation. Firstly refusing to refund my money, Secondly hanging the phone on me, Thirdly shouting at me overall the treatment to us customers shocking. This isn't the first time by the way.

Disgusting customer service. Ordered through Uber Eats. Expected to wait an hour and a half for one pizza and wings. When called, the excuse was that Uber Eats orders put on “delayed”. Will never order from here again.

Made an online order for delivery and accidentally chose the wrong pizza by not selecting the vegetarian option and didn't realise until the pizza arrived.
Called the store to see what our options were as we could not make it to the store ourselves before the 8pm curfew here in Victoria and they ended up sending the pizza we were meant to select without charge within 30minutes! Incredible customer service and extremely accommodating. This is only our third order with them but we will definitely be long standing customers from this experience. The best experience from a food delivery restaurant I have ever had! Would give 10 stars if I could.

I am fan of Godfather and I tried other branches this one is different to me, maybe more oregano?

One of my favourite Domino's stores simply because of Bhargav the manager who always accommodates our order with a top quality of product delivery and customer service. I look forward to ordering with them again.

Dont ever eat here. I found a finger nail in my pizza, it looks like its come from the toes. I puked the rest of my pizza out and threw the rest in the trash.

They tried to double charge me for a "large" pepperoni pizza, then black listed me from their store! Give them a miss.

Amazing staff willing to stay open a little longer to make me an order when everyone else was closed. These people deserve some recognition from hq.

This morning staff was hilarious they are sero in the coustmer service and wrost part they tool 10 min to take my order.

This dominos is the best I've been to. Staff very very friendly and remember your name. Consistent product and a clean store to. Yes its not the best pizza at dominos but its by far the cheapest so who can complain?
When your stuck at dinner time I'd go here.

Absolutely terrible i order a pizza on line i did not receive half the ingredients i paid for and the biggest thing was i should have been given a Coca-Cola the bloke for got to bring it i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

We didn't receive our order. They said it's in front of the door but when we checked it, nothing's there. When we called the shop, they said they delivered it.

They can't even return our money.

The guy on the phone was rude n snappy. When I got here I had to wait longer for the garlic bread find it strange since they said 10 mins one would of that it would have meant everything would be ready instead I end up waiting over 20

I find bug in box of my pizza. When i try to explain the talk roughly and told me to return and and another pizza its already 2 hour gone doesn't get any thing from them. Just a rough apologize

Good friendly staff open late quick service. When I looked on line was surprised to see all other pizza shops in the area closed fairly early so if you're feeling like some pizza late at night you have an option here.

Sometimes the pizza is alright and sometimes it's a bit foul. The thing that pisses me off is that they have all sorts of hidden charges. A $5 pizza delivered actually becomes more expensive. How does that make sense. A simple $5 pizza delivered cost $25. In real terms it's like a I paid $20 delivery fee. I can get very good pizzas for that price. Want to get a drink? That's $8 for a litre bottle. Coles $1.50.

I visited this place a couple of times but every time the staff was really rude, they don't know how to behave with customers due to there bad servise and a habbit of arguing i suggest everyone to avoid them.
Now I prefer dominos in bundoora really good experience with them.

I actually ordered a ham and cheese roll but ended up with a ham and cheese pizza. I ate it anyway.

I am a courier, have tried so many Domino's stores in Melbourne. In terms of quality, this one is the worst one. Never go there again.

Pizza late by over 30min, still not arrived, no apology from manager and was told the reason it is late is because it is fresh
