Employee Krishna he is making good efforts delivering pizza to the coustmers, he has excellent customer service pizza tastes really good

It was always good on accuracy of order and accepted delivery time with a reminder call before delivery. I ordered online several times with them. Today there was no automatic call and app was showing delivered! After 10 minutes driver delivered when I contacted shop. Hope they improve their delivery service otherwise I will order from other branch! After seeing your response I submitted feedback form. I hope you improve delivery service.

How many times do we have to teach you this old lesson, old man? Please just make a good four cheese pizza. The first I got was thin for its price, but tasty. But when I thought it cant be any worse, the second four cheese pizza It was so dry, flat and tasteless that I felt scammed! I literally got a 5$ cheese pizza with barely any cheese sprinkled on it for $18! Once was bad enough, twice is unbelievable!
The lot is good though.

We order atleast once a week and food has always arrived on time and have no issues at all so far.

Fraudulent transaction from my debit card used to buy pizzas here to the tune of $82.69. Tried to call and find out if it was an online or walk-in order and warn them but they couldn’t have cared less. Clearly don’t care about losing money or their reputation!

Recently visited domino’s pizza at Heidelberg and was immediately greeted by Shashank with a big smile! He took my order and even did a good job suggesting different pizzas. The pizza was prepared quick and was served hot and fresh, it tasted amazing. I was then told that the pizza was prepared by Shashank for the first time! Will definitely vist again.

Order received but not sent to kitchen so this delayed our delivery by 45 minutes. When the delivery was made the sides were both wrong. Ibsteas of garlic scrolls and churros we were given chips and popcorn chicken. We are now waiting for this to be corrected.
Additionally, wherever is cutting the pizza tonight is doing a terrible job. Some slices are tiny and others are more than a quarter of th3 entire pizza.
Very disappointing. It's been 2.5 hours since we placed our order and we are still missing 2 items. This is our first and last order.

I been here so many times and krishna attended me and so professional and very humble, I recommend everyone to come here the food is also very tasty

This is the worst experience ever at Dominos and wasted my money for it. I bought Chicken and Bbq Pizza, and Peri Peri Chicken, it was not what has been pictured in their website. Both of the pizza doesn't have enough chicken and i saw both of them have put some sort of salami pieces in it which is not meant to be there. VERY DISSAPOINTED and never ever going to purchase their pizza again!

I walked in and was greeted by Ethan he was happy and helpful and a great conversationalist, pizza was great and the service was better definitely coming back

Wow. What can I say about this store. The moment I set foot into Heidelberg dominos I was met with a warm smile and a welcome. One gentlemen, with exceptionally well-groomed eyebrows (Ethan Guest), took my order and was just the embodiment of a happy fast food worker who is glad to be serving pizza to customers, I honestly believe this man deserves a raise. I ordered the pepperoni with barbecue sauce and it was prepared within a matter of time. While I waited for my order I had a chance to sit down in the stores amazing dining area, where I saw other customers sharing the same smile I did. I particularly enjoyed seeing my name on the screen - which told me when my pizza was cooked and finally prepared. Once it was finished, I was handed my pizza by the same gentlemen who took my order. He told me to have a good day and truly touched my heart. The pizza was cooked to absolute perfection and was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten, the creator of pizza would certainly be proud of the quality of this fine food. This experience was like no other and I most definitely will be coming here again. 5/5 stars!

Horrible efforts my partner just got the wrong order and spent about 25 odd minutes waiting at the store for my order, the way they handled it was not good. Won’t be back it’s a shame as we were regulars!

They don’t deserve even single star i m calling there and order they said your order is ready in 10 min and when i reached there after 16 min and they are asking that its still take 20 min more i was like if you guys are running busy why you don’t ask me when i call you very disappointed i drive 15 min for pickup very very unprofessional

Preordered and wrong pizzas arrived. Driver said he would sort it out. Called the store 30 mins later only to be told it would be 20mins. Called another 30 mins later to be told they still hadn’t done anything. Three hungry little kids now eating a very late dinner. Never again.

Ethan Guest (an employee) was very kind and enthusiastic about my order. To top it off the pizza was great, splendid!

Ordered via Uber eats - they delivered to the wrong address aka our neighbour. 24hours later and I haven’t received a single word back from Domino’s via help chat in the Uber Eats app. Quite possibly the worst “fast food” experience I’ve ever had, would be so great to be refunded for this diabolical situation if you’re reading this Domino’s….

Read your reviews, this is saddening, I don't check reviews and got a coupon code in my mail box so thought I'd give a phone order a try. I ordered my pizza over the phone with a discount code waited 25 mins and got there to be told my order was not processed as the discount code I was given doesn't encapsulate the sides I ordered. Hmm normal business practice would be to atleast make the pizzas and discuss with the client when they come in or even call them back with the phone number they provided over the phone.but this didn't happen. I get it, works hard and you can't please everybody.but atleast call me so I don't have to waste time coming to the store for no food to be offered to me. It's the opposite of a restaurant / take away joint lol.telling me it will be made straight away is a joke. I didn't want to wait longer.ended up leaving and never coming back. Well done!

Ordered 3 pizzas. They came late and two of them were messed up.

Remember that movie dumb and dumber? Where the dogs were sliding around and got all messy from going around corners too fast?

well have a look at the photos and you can see that paneer pizza has suffered a level of trauma that the toppings have left one half of the pizza and have congregated on the other side.the plant based godfather pizza on the other hand didn't suffer the paneers fate, but they did put salami sausage on it. Meat on a vegetarian pizza. Nuff said.

They know how to ruin a friday night after work. Disgusting.

Pizza was nothing like before. Ordered from here many times before and was always happy. But not today. WAY too much sauce, had to scoop some of it off, could not find any of the fresh tomatoes or olives I paid extra for and the crust was BURNT. Really disappointed.
