Domino's / Domino’s Pizza Cheltenham

Ordered a pizza online and it estimated my pizza would be delivered in 25 min at 12.25pm. I got a call at 12.35pm saying my pizza would be 60min late as they had too many orders and one delivery man. If they had called me 10-15 min after I made the order I wouldn't have minded, but calling me 10 min after delivery time to tell me I'd need to wait another 60min is poor customer service. I cancelled the order.

We ordered pizza several times from here but the ones made by Shubham was very tasty and we enjoyed every bite of it. Love his work and we wish you all the very best. Look forward for more yummy pizzas by you.

Got food poisoning from here in April, had to take 2 days off of work due to being so unwell. Went in store to let them know, first thing a staff member says after I let him know that I got food poisoning from here was “Do you want to order something? ”. I asked to speak to the shift manager, who said that he would contact me about this. It is now October and I am yet to be contacted.

Just wanted to add that prior to this occurring, I had ordered pizza from this dominos plenty of times and never had food poisoning from here, only issues prior to this were being delivered the wrong pizza.

I ordered online 4 pizzas. I asked one pizza to be without cheese. The restaurant got the order right. The pizzas were ready on time. The pizzas were good.

Terrible service experienced today. Placed my order at 12: 17pm, order tracking showed making order with an ETD of 12: 40pm, all seems well. Unfortunately, my order sat in "making order" status for almost 2 hours, before the store actually confirmed my order and started preparing it. I called the store at 1: 05pm to ask about it, he said "we're very busy and our tracker isn't updating due to the rain, you will receive your order within the hour". Okay, give them the benefit of the doubt. Even though it's a Wednesday lunchtime. Nothing happened with my order until 2: 10pm when it was finally confirmed and printed at the store, it then took 20 minutes to arrive. My question is, why did my order sit in your system for almost 2 hours before anything was done about it, even after I called?

Simply not good enough. Order placed at 12: 17pm, received pizza at 2: 30pm. The product I received was not spectacular, it is Domino's after all, but it was hot and edible. Just not worth the 2 hour wait at what cannot possibly be classified a busy or peak time.

I went to pick up my order which i had made like 15 min ago and my order was ready. The staff were very friendly abd the place was very clean. It is located near the station and was very convenient to me.

This place is the worst. It can be a hit or miss all the time. Stopped going here because the quality kept going downhill. The staff have no idea how to make a pizza or cook it. DON'T GO HERE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Rip off pizzas. Better go goto Vincients Cafe Restaurant in Beaumaris or there is a few good ones in black rock, Hampton, and brighton too.

Ok one good thing is how fast the food come and the service is good. The food on the other hand is quite the opposite overpriced pizza, not enough toppings, and don’t bother taking sides as it’s even worse I feel like the wings are cooked in the micro wave although the lava cake was alright. In component not the best place to eat!

Cross contaminated by my gluten free pizza on a busy Friday by not washing the items they prepare the pizzas in and made me sick.

IF YOU WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY YOU HAVE TO BE EDUCATED ABOUT FOOD PREPARATION AND CROSS CONTAMINATION. Simple as that.

The other times I've been there everything has been fine.

Went to pick up my pizza, walked in and two darker toned staff members didn't even bother to look up at me. Even after a short space of time, still nothing - not even a 'hello' or 'won't be a moment'. Both were too involved trying to work out something other than serve a customer who was standing right in front of them. A staff member closer to the oven looked up, said hello and over to the front counter - well done fella! He ended up serving me, taking my money and wished me off. As for the other two, they got in the way of the guy trying to serve me (getting cash from the till). You guys made me feel invisible. Excuse the reference to darker tone/Asian - no disrespect, just trying to point out who deserves a pat on his back for his service and who does not. Thank God the pizza was nice. Come on guys, don't tarnish the reputation of Domino's with poor service. Acknowledge your customers - A friendly tip. All said with a friendly tone.

Wife was away and i was being lazy so I decided to order pizza. Happened to drive past dominoes today and figured i would give them a go. (Havent tried them for about 10years after a big mistake in Canberra on night)
Delivery was very quick i will give them that.
Didn’t have massive expectations so actually quite surprised it tasted ok. (just)
However i ordered the deep pan crust on my ‘the lot’ pizza for an extra 3.95. My girls had a regular Hawaian
For an extra 3.95 you would think my crust would actually be thicker than the regular one no? Apparently not.
Anyway i spent just under $60 on dinner and was completely underwhelmed.
If you are local to the Cheltenham Dominos do yourself a favour and go to skippy pizza charman rd near balcome rd.fantastic pizza and a “large” is actually bigger than a bread plate. About double the size, a third cheaper and 3times the taste. (They use fresh ingredients)
No I’m not related to them or mates just been in the area for a long time and should have known better than to think dominos could compete with an actual pizza joint.
I can only blame myself and never ever ever do it again
