Friendly staff make a simple pizza the way you expect from Dominos. Fast and tasty. Good value for money especially when taking advantage of the specials.

Staff took more than 10 minutes to take order. Order got delayed in system. Waited patiently. Got it 30 minutes later when only had 4 orders on wait screen. I complained harshly of course. One staff took it on himself to then refuse to hand my order when ready. Offered refund and then tried to threaten me with police when I complained again. Not going back to this Domino now.

Perfectly good pizzas if a little smaller than the sizes you expect. Service was very friendly and efficient

Weekdays the pizza is good and decent. Big difference on Saturdays we have noticed they barely put any toppings and the pizza becomes basically just bread even though the price is the same. Either order more toppings so you don't worry about running out on Saturdays or stop taking orders you can't properly fulfill. You are ruining the brand.

Sorry, but this Dominos needs to get its act together. If you're short on delivery drivers, please just remove the delivery service from your website. Waiting up to an hour, and sometimes over an hour for a delivery, just for the pizza to be cold and stale when it finally arrives is absurd. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. They don't even bother answering your call when you want an update on your order. Do not waste your time and money on this place.

Look the food isn’t bad, but there are constant errors made by this location. I don’t think I’ve ever received an order from them without something being wrong, however they do try to fix the problems but the consistency of errors is the main issue.

I rang up, was put on hold, then when asked what I wanted I was hung up on mid sentence.: (I just wanted to tame my hunger.

Awful customer service. The lady was rude took no care in the making of a pizza and over charged us. The shop is also very unclean and very unorganised. Would definitely recommend driving further to a different store this was appalling.

Rushali is a very bad at her customer service. Rude and unprofessional while handling customers on the call. If she cannot answer the queey she shouldn’t have received the phone in the first place.

The pizza we ordered is too dry and didnt even make the pieces properly. We understand that this happens in the busy evenings. But she is not ready to take the feedback. We are the customers at Domino’s Cheltenham for over 2years. Never had such bad experience.

Instead of cancelling an order as they are closing for the day. They faked a delivery confirmation and want my money.

Lack of service, ignorance is real here. No smiles nor good food. The way they toss the pizza around and no effort into showing they want the job here.

They managed to get 2 out of 3 items on our order wrong! Instead of garlic scrolls, they gave us cheesy garlic bread, which we realised while driving home. So we turned around and and took it back. The staff were happy to make the scrolls for us and gave us the cheesy pizza as well. Once we got home and tasted our "custard puff", it turned out to be an over backed cheese and spicy meat puff. So disappointing! The kids were furious! They were looking forward to the custard puff the most. Never again!

Non sliced Pizza without topping eg chicken on a chicken and Camembert the lady taking orders cutting and taking the pizza out was not wearing a mask

Good service. Got a generous portion of cheese and tomato paste.

If I could leave 0/5 stars, I would. I have had several issues with deliveries from here. Been charged for food that has not been delivered and when I have tried to call them, they have hung up or not answered at all. Have had to chase up a refund with merchants because of this, which is just unacceptable. I usually never leave reviews but my experience with Dominos Cheltenham has been incredibly disappointing.

What a joke! Can't track their own orders and constantly tell you the food is coming when it's not. I'd give one star if I could

Go to the La Porchetta in mentone, it's healthier and better. They don't care about the customer. I ordered a salmon and prawn pizza, but they don't stock the pizza. Instead they made a cheese and prawn pizza but only HALF the pizza had prawns on it. No spices, basically no creme sauce. And they charge the price of salmon and prawn when like 80% of the pizza was completely missing. Get your pizzas somewhere else that actually cares about the customer
