Domino's / Domino’s Pizza Oakleigh

Ordered a Vegetarian Pizza and ended up receiving a dry fish on top of the Pizza. Gave a 0 and stated the reason in the order feedback form and surprisingly no one even bothered to contact to check why, what and how they could have avoided this and what they will do avoid such mistakes next time

It was the worse service I’ve ever had, I paid 20 minutes guarantee and after 1 hour waiting I had to call them, they didn’t have my order ready, actually they didn’t know anything about my order; after that I received my order but the deliver driver was really rude, he cut the receipt in small pieces and he left them in front of my house! I couldn’t believe that!
Please, don’t use this place, they make you really upset!

Oakleigh dominos are schingy on the ingredients and pizza base was half the normal thickness than other dominos locations.

This store is absolutely useless.
I have ordered pizza 3 different time and 2 twice they got the order wrong and the 3rd time they didn't even make it. They told me it didn't come up in the system but it was showing on their screen as "Ready".

One of the times when I the got the order wrong and I told them about it, the kid at the counter responded with "What do you want me to do about it mate? ".

Now, I personally am not a fan of their pizzas when they're cold. However, when their pizzas are hot, they're absolutely worth the $5 it costs to get one from the value range. So, while I wouldn't order it to be delivered if you're looking for a place to sit down and chat with friends over pizza, Domino's isn't a bad option.

This is so weird for me why dominos oakleigh keep the timings upto 11: 00 pm?
Because staff closes at 10: 00pm. Staff ask us to take away. Then why to keep the time upto 11: 00pm?
The staff is really very rude and used abusive language even though it was his mistake. We asked for garlic crushed base. He made simple and still showing attitude to customers.
Really disgusting people we had a very very bad experience.
We buy today a big bottle of pepsi and they didn't provide plastic glass. They said no glasses.
How can a person drink without glass?
Never visit again.
Please hire a mannerfull and respectfull staff.

I bought a pizza on last Thursday (07/03) and that was the worst pizza I ever had. I ordered thin based but they gave regular. Not well organised, not clean, poor management. Disgust!

I went to Dominos pizza that located in Oakleigh and I ordered vegetarian Supreme with classic base that's cost me 9.95 $. What I got is a small chilli pizza with thin base! When I asked one of the workers there to check my order again! He said it's your order and we provide the same size. I found it really weird! I can say it was unpleasant experiences as I had to go to another pizza store located on Clayton road and ordered large pizza with only 7.90 $. Never order from Dominos pizza ever.

Ordered 3 pizzas online but all of them were squashed. One of them had too much BBQ sauce and you won’t be able to taste anything else. The other two pizzas were alright so I’m not giving the store just one star.

Not all the Pizza's a good. I think it's the same with all Dominos Pizza place. Service at his place is good, on time service.

I ordered 2 pizzas, and 2 cheesy garlic breads which were over cooked and burnt. I paid extra for sides which were ridiculous.will not recommend to anyone

Just as how you'd expect dominoes to be.
I ordered online once and the app took wrong address through the gps. So the delivery guy went to the wrong address. I called him and he understood the situation and solved it! The name of that guy was Shankar Somagani. The app took 1817 princes street and my address was 1817 princes Highway. Anyway thanks to that guy to still be under 20mins. Keep it up!

Have ordered twice from here and both times the pizza has only been scored, not cut all the way through. Please sharpen your pizza cutter! Other than that, the order is always on time

Messed up my order and they replaced it but they ended up making it hastily and forgetting ingredients. It was becoming bothersome to travel back and forth so I just made do with what we got.

The pizza is good, not great. As for the establishment; staff looked stressed out (but still friendly) and the floors and tables were very dirty.

A 5 dollar pizza is a good alternative to Mc Donalds and other junk food choices. The pizza especially the thin one is just eatable and a good option if you dont want to cook at home.

Store cancelled my online order and closed for the night without informing me. Estimated delivery was 11: 01PM. Store closed at 11PM. I realised at 11: 20PM when there was nowhere else open.

Used to be good but the last couple of times I have ordered the pizzas were undercooked & disappointing.

Regular dominos but they are terrible at order delivery. Had to call then for 3 separate orders as they first one or more item in the list.

Not on time! Missing things from my order and was asked if they could just ad it on to my order next time! Which is pathetic! The churros or whatever they are arnt cooked properly and all my chicken sides were cold!
