Would give 0 stars if possible! Worst pizza and customer service!

Ordered a Chicken & Camembert for pickup. Came home to find out that only 2 toppings + sauce was in the pizza.

When called the store, the response was “store ran out of the other ingredients”, “tonight is busy, something like that could happen”! What kind of a response is that?

If the store doesn’t have the ingredients, let the customer know, so they can choose a different pizza.

So disappointed! Would expect better from a corporate store and management. What happened to the quality check?

Worst store ever. Order pizza and charged me for this. Never got pizza. Made my dinner skipped. Do not order from this store. This is the below worst store ever. Couldn’t track my order and when contacted store, no one picked my call. There was no way I could track my order….

Really bad customer serves and attitude of employees at this location, but more worth thing that pizza tastes as bad as services

Never again, i did a online order at 11am for to be picked up at 1300pm, which is my lunch break.i tell them i’m here for a online pickup, two boys running around the kitchen like idiots… got told to wait 10 mins more as my order wasn’t ready…

First of all they smothered my pizza with ketchup which I didn’t ask for and then when I called the store they refused to replace my order, this is the most horrendous Domino’s outlet ever. Even they have messed up my order previously but this time it was the worst

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Ordered delivery. At first, Dominos Oakleigh said they were trying to call. But there was no call. Then they said they will put the order again (sounded doubtful now if indeed the order was sent thrpugh). There wer two other phone follow ups- a total of 2.5 hours wait! Eventually I cancelled and asked for a refund.

By far one of the worst dominos when it comes to service, I don’t remember they ever delivering in time. One hour for 1 pizza, when they are 4 minutes away. Always screw up the order too! Just shut shop if you can’t do it right ever! I pay for brownies and get 1 lava cake delivered, nice way to fleece your customers and make money and then never answering the phone. Pathetic service as always!

Do not order from this store.
That’s how they make pizzas.
No paneer on pizza and sauce on the pizza looks disgusting and unevenly spread.
Asked to take this back and deliver the right order and they said can’t do it. Totally Unprofessional!

Regular customer always hot and fast if looking for quick basic pizza for lunch or dinner would recommend

Took 1.5hrs to get 2 streets away. Called the store and was told "2 minutes" then 25mins later the driver calls and is lost.another 15mins and he finally turns up. I told him to leave and asked for a refund. Never, ever, again.

Worst experience.
Very Poor and rude communication from the staff.
They disabled the online tracking and took more than an hour for a delivery. They hung up when I dialed them.
And the pizzas are the worst.

Came in the evening, a person behind the counter took the order and my money and told me to come back in 10 to pick up the pizzas. I return to collect, order is not on the system. They took the money but not the order. Will never return.

What a store! Online ordering failed 4 times! Tried to order on phone, after 3 different people tried to take order was put on hold and finally after 15 minutes had to hang up. Went in store only to get different price then online and after doing everything got told that they were out of ingredients that go to my pizza!

Very unprofessional staff. This is second time happen like I have order and they cancel after 1.5 hour. Never ever. Go to this store again.

Rude and racist staff. Kept me waiting in park 25 mins and when enquired, instead of apology, got threats to cancel my order. I wont recomend this store to anyone and for that matter Dominos. I think they either have trained staff or go out of business.

Very disappointed, ordered food from Domino's Oakleigh store, was informed to be delivered at 6: 45 pm, called the store at 7: 00pm because of no show and no phone call from store, was told by the store person that order is not even ready as they do not have drivers and would start my order when they have a driver for delivery.

Seriously Domino's, are you joking with customer and is this your customer service?

There customer service is great but for a pizza shop they really don't know how to make pizza anymore

I had a very bad experience with dominos today. I ordered a think crust pizza and I got the pizza on time but the pizza was sticking to the box when we tried to remove it, still we didnt have intention to complain because we were hungry we removed the paper from the pizza and ate but after sometime three pieces were sticked so badly they are not even coming out then I complained to the Oakleigh branch from where I ordered the pizza and the guy who recieved the complaint said he will send me a new pizza and that came after 40mins time which was very cold we still didnt complain thinking that its fine but the same issue repeated again and thought we should complain because I felt I wasted 28$ but the guy who spoke first in the oakleigh branch only recieved this complaint and he spoke as if we are cheating him. He spoke very rashly and I have all the screenshots of the calls when he called up and when I recieved the pizza. I really dont recommend this centre they are very rude.

Purchasing pizza from here is waste of money and time. Got spicy peppy paneer from here. It looks awwful and tasted the same. Onions were burnt on the top. Costs 18$ but not even worth for 5$. Had a worst experience.
