I would’ve just made it at home and burnt it myself

This morning I came in with a big group (15-18 people) with no booking, as we hadn’t quite planned where we’d eat. We were welcomed and accommodated for with no fuss, with the waiting staff allowing us to move tables in their courtyard and they were patient with our big order. We were also able to split the bill per item when we were done, again with no fuss. This service was outstanding and appreciated, something that seems to be uncommon elsewhere these days.

Coffee was nice- food was not! Omelette rubbery and completely over cooked and tasteless, Açai bowl also average. Look left or right for MUCH better options.

Had a very unpleasant and bizarre customer experience though - upon popping to the bathroom with 8 year old daughter for max 3 minutes the staff began discussing that we had left without paying despite having our belongings and jacket left hanging over the chair at our table…
They even said they’d run over to the park as they’d supposedly spotted us there! Nope, just in the loo! Staff should be educated to understand that if someone’s things remain at the table they most likely have not left the establishment. Very odd and distrusting place it seems, don’t think we would return.

Keto-friendly, beautiful environment, service ladies and brothers are very nice, will definitely visit again.

Excellent evening meal ~ beautifully cooked ~ service was a bit sloppy & confused. Visiting the whisky bar for desserts & coffee was a highlight.

Nice little cafe that has both indoor and outdoor seating, situated on the pavement of Domain Road. Convenient for a quick bite after a visit at the Botanical Gardens. Food was ok - we ordered 2 meals and 2 coffees. One coffee order was captured wrong and one meal order was also wrong. Bacon was over-burnt with the eggs florentine and there was barely any hollandaise sauce. Burger was ok - not great but not bad. Service was friendly despite not being on point.

My poached eggs arrived 20 minutes after I ordered and were over cooked. The hollandaise was very hard to find which made the dish super dry. For $28, it is robbery.

A regular haunt of mine; despite always being busy the waitstaff make you feel welcome. The food is great.

Had a nice lunch today. 5 star. Coffee was hot and strong. Poached eggs were poached!

Food is okay but the service is atrocious - the staff move at a practically glacial pace. If you're looking for a quick lunch, avoid this place.

Great coffee, good selection of luncheon dishes, interesting specials. Quiet area tucked away at the back of the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit.

Good coffee. However, be wary when ordering pastries as one of the danishes we got was stale and looked mouldy inside.

Never in my wildest dreams did I see myself paying $18 for a standard pie. By the time I realised it was too late (perhaps prices should be displayed if they’re that steep,) in saying that Heidi does know how to make a pretty decent pie.

Ordered takeaway latte, saw the barista put straight cold milk into coffee cup to ‘even up’ burnt milk.

Terrible coffee, what waste of money! Your baristas should know the basics of coffee making, coffee was not weighed out, taste like dirt and had chucks of coffee in the cup! Order was wrong the first time, even the second time was just as bad!

Pretty disappointing food. My baguette was toasted beyond an edible state and it wasnt cheap. Barely any toppings. Reccomend going to the 7 eleven around the corner instead
