Dollar Curtains + Blinds Hoppers Crossing

Brett was super helpful sorting out blinds for my new apartment. He made time to come out, make the measurements and ran through the options and colours with me while providing professional advice on what would be suitable. Once I made my decision, it was a quick turn around and they were happy to work around my schedule for installation.

Great friendly service, the staff in store were more than helpful when coming to choose what to have for my new home. My curtains look fantastic, Thanks again.

Staff are very rude and they seem to have personal issues which they take out on customers.

The guy that installed the curtain in my room, he just rocked up without notice or courtesy call to inform me.

Very poor customer service. I called ahead of going in but when I arrived I store I was told they haven't got time to quote me. They asked me to email them which I did and I still haven't heard back. They had no time for my business.

Bad service. A guy (Bre. Ma.) who came to measure windows was racist and impolite. He was very friendly and smiling to Aussie house supervisor (because our house is still building) but not to me. I tried to talk with him nicely but he just ignored me with angry face when we were 2 of us. But when the Aussie house supervisor came to us, he became a nice guy.

We didn't get curtains from them so I don't know their curtains quality but measure guy's service was really bad.

We ordered shutters and roller blinds off Dollar Curtains and Blinds recently. It was always a pleasure going in as the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were great at making suggestions as this is our first home. We will be returning customers and have recommended them to all of our friends!

Had a problem with my roller blind and brought it into their shop to check out for me. Left it overnight and picked up the next day and they had fixed the problem and did not even charge me. Fantastic service considering the blind was not purchased through them. When next I need a set of blinds I will be seeking them out as it is rare to find such good customer service these days.

Racist staff members. Especially the gay guy. Least bothered when it comes to dark skinned people, but the moment any white person steps in, they go over to them and talked so happily. Unbelievable. Definitely not going there again!

The process from start to finish was amazing, yes it takes 6 weeks from the initial quote to installation but they kept us up to date, the staff were friendly and the installation and finish of the product was brilliant.

These guys are awesome from start to finish. The most helpful and friendly people we have ever come across. Work with them and they will work with you.
From Grant who spent time with us on choosing our colours, design and quality to Brent and his valuable time coming out to us taking measurements.
Then to Marissa helping a lot going through our quote, item by item to conclude our order.
Then there was our installer, Vinnie who perfected our new look.
Lastly, there was Vesna who helped with the extras we purchased.
A great team effort. You won’t be disappointed. So many choices in store.

Staff were very helpful with selecting fabric. A problem with fabric (manufacturing fault not theirs) was handled very efficient and the curtain was replaced. The finished curtains look terrific.

Curtian material is not organised by cost or type. Better organisation would have made our experience much better. Staff we friendly and helpful.
