Overall happy with our products. Customer service was polite, however we had higher expectations for communication. Also some fix and finish issues, which took several weeks to resolve.

We visited the stores on 19th August to get a quote, and the staff looked very frustrated to handle customers. We overheard another customer being completely mistreated as the friendly customer had lot of questions about how to go about customising curtains. An Aussie customer who was there for a quick look was however treated very kindly.
I am appalled by the staff’s discriminatory behaviour and won’t be going back anytime.

Our family really appreciate the time and input received from Suzette assisting us in making the right decision and choices. She has awesome customer support skills, welcoming nature and sound knowledge of interiors needed to help select the right curtains for a house. Thank you so much, highly appreciate your service

The quality of the product was top grade.
I have been using this store for 15 years now and the first curtains are still working and is great shape.
I would recommend them for a go if you have not used them.

Suezette is an absolute superstar and I can't believe there are still customer reps like her in today's day and age when customer service is so third rate in Australia. She is so polite, funny and patient and helpful that sometimes I couldn't believe how she is able to do it. She helped us all the way through and explained everything in detail that helped us make an informed decision and proceed with our quote. Highly recommended if you want to experience top class service.

It’s as if they didn’t want our business. We ended buying with a different company as they never responded on time and the guy who served us was personable, but condescending. Certainly will be recommending all my mates go with the local company that took the time with their customers and for pretty much the same price.

Great for blackout curtains. Recently had shutters added to the house, including blackout curtains in my bedroom. It has reduced the heat in the room and makes it feel like night time in the middle of the day, which is great for sleeping in.

Dollar Curtains and Blinds in Hoppers Crossing were great to deal with. Grant in the store was extremely helpful and assisted us in picking the perfect colours and styles to suit the look we wanted. We ended up doing our whole home and we are very happy with the result. They were upfront with the price and some of the items even came earlier than expected.
