Dolce House Gelato

I think there are much better gelato places to go to in Melbourne. The cookies and cream only had sprinkles of cookies on top and the Ferraro had very little in terms of the chocolate throughout.

This place is awesome! The ice cream flavours are magic, and the cheese cakes and lemon tarts are to die for. I will be back to try out their waffle deserts real soon. And the staff are friendly which makes you want to come back

Great place to have gelato. Their taste is unique and the girls provide an amazing service. Good choice for a chilling out with friends and family

This might just be the closest thing to a perfect restaurant in Australia, no, THE WORLD, the food tastes like it’s made by angels, the atmosphere is so nice, and it’s the most sanitary place I’ve been to, if there was one word to describe this place, “perfect”, this review is actually a 10/5 star

Went there last night and while trying to choose the flavours for a one liter take home container was told I’m only allowed to taste two flavours. Not three. We’re talking about microscopic barely 1 gram amounts but ok. I took a guess on the third flavour and took the container home. Imagine my surprise when I opened the container to find it was barely half full.i called the manager the next day and explained what happened, only to be told that the manager wasn’t there, didn’t see it so won’t be doing anything about it. In short - their main priority seems to be economizing. Imagine what else they’re economizing on behind the scenes. I’m definitely not going back.

Best dessert spot in Melbourne - I know Melbournes a big place but Dolce House is such a cosy happy space for me in summer and winter alike. Perfect for gelato on its own or the bueno hazelnut hot chocolate (that I had tonight for the first time) with my cousin who had a fairy bread milkshake which had cookie dough pieces so delicious ️

Have been here a couple of times now and the dessert selection is quite big and everything looks very delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and the seating is great on a cold night!

There are three stories which is memorable about this special ice cream shop:

1. I’ve been told by an officer from the local post office before I moved to this area which I don’t want at that time you’ve got the world’s best ice cream shop nearby
2. My son and I both end the good day with a after dinner walk to the ice cream shop and nice ice cream reward sometimes. And he Learned ice cream is for summer not winter/Colors etc from the ice cream shop
3. My 3.5 son used to be a very shy person and it’s amazing to be see he is able to order his own ice cream yesterday. The new girl let him taste before he ordered and helped/asked him gently while I wait outside hold my dog purposely to let him try himself.

Yes, this is the world’s best ice cream shop!

Really amazing food And their waffles and gelato mix art will take you to the different world. I’m sure if you try once you will keep looking for that again and again…. Also friendly staff too…. Highly recommend on anytimes……!?

Such delicious gelato and ice cream! It’s like no other I have had. So fresh, so flavourful. My son had the vanilla which was so creamy, I had the lemon and blood orange gelato, holy moly so good! I can’t wait to go again soon!

New favourite place! The texture of the ice cream is divine, try the Turkish delight. I don’t even like actual Turkish delight and obsessed with this ice cream. Friendly service, always smiling and lots of room to sit. What else do you want?

Awesome Ice Cream or in other words gelato. There were so many flavours to choose from. The guy giving gelato suggested some flavours for kids. Mango and Cookies And Cream were 2 (the flavours I took) Mango was sweet and tasty. Cookies and cream had a cookie every now and then giving a great taste. I also found a huge cookie in the middle. I think the cookie was an oreo. A small queue but the queue finished quickly. Would definitely recommend going.

I love this place and their ice creams, they melt in mouth and flavours are too good. It was too hard to pick just one flavour for the cake I recently order with them. It looked so so good and flavours I picked was FerroRo rocher and their in house Dolche something flavour.

They also gave me few cones as extra to make my own ice cream cone at home

Yum! Came here for hot chocolates after dinner, such a good find with a cosy little seating area around the back. The hot chocolate with the speculoos was the favourite on the table but everything was yum.

Found this gem in a beautiful little pocket of McKinnon. The combination of Blood Orange and Coffee Gelato is divine! A must try, you will be pleasantly surprised!

I come here regularly for baked cheesecake and gelato. The gelato was good but the cheesecake was so bad this evening.

- The size of cheesecake got smaller
- Very sour and smelled bad too

It was a my favourite local shop. I hope they won't make it in this way again.
