Dohtonbori-Japanese Okonomiyaki Restaurant

Dropped in here for lunch, the food was fantastic! Definitely the best Japanese restaurant out there.

Came pass lunch time, have lovely lunch with my kids. The foods are delicious, nice service and spacious enough for pram. Will be back again:)

I’m so glad we walked into this place. Our server Karis was amazing! She made us feel so welcome and it didn’t feel like our first time trying out okonomiyaki. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and our kids 6 and 2 also enjoyed their food as well. I’m definitely coming back and recommending this to my friends. Must place try in Docklands!

I went during a quiet time so I really got to soak in the atmosphere. Staff were kind and great, food was even better

I absolutely loved this place! We were struggling to find somewhere to eat when we saw this place. The food was great and so was watching it cook. It was amazing definitely recommend even if you don’t want to cook as they can do it for you. Service was great too! Definitely will come back

I like having food that can cook infront of you and enjoy it was nice especially the sukiyaki I’ve tried to have on my multiple trips to Melbourne finally had it yesterday. And came back for another today.

Terrible quality, slow, definitely over priced.
Buffet menu was nasty, we couldn't bring ourselves to eat it. Ordered set menu for 3-4 people but definitely not enough food.
$9 for a zucchini in the menu

Experience was nice and as it was quiet the staff helped us cook everything which was helpful.

We ordered the $200 set which was recommended for 3-4 people but was enough for our group of 5. Although I did find the food slightly bland and lacking flavour. My favorite was the gyoza.

Overall I enjoyed the experience and think it is a good place to go with friends

The food taste good, especially the chicken, comfortable dinning environment, the service is also good too.

Friendly staff and very welcome to help if you don't know how to cook. We try to cook by ourselves in second order, it's so much fun and very suitable come with friends.

The food is good. I like the environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's new experience and i enjoy it very much.

Worst service a restaurant can have. They did not serve people who didn’t do booking, so what we did is cook our own food. Whereas people who do booking will get help from the server in cooking. Eventhough some tables are open and some servers are not doing anything, they wont help you cook. Seafoods are also not fresh, smells and taste bad. If you are curious do booking or dont bother to eat here.

Too much smoke, what was write on menu is not! We asked for wagyu and was not. Dessert warm chocolate was not warm but cold, the stuff was nice and the close the door all the time but was still cold for people leaving door open.
The wine was very nice!

I came here with my girlfriend and the food and service were amazing. Perfect for bringing a date here or even for larger groups since they have private boots.

Easy, fuss-free dinner with family. Kids are entertained with watching the cooking, and even helping out when it comes to mixing the ingredients. Seating arrangement is perfect and cosy in the booth.

The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful with giving instructions to make the okonomiyaki. Everything ended up tasting amazing
