Dr Quoc Duong answered my questions professionally. I hardly see a doctor was rushing in and out of the room just to make sure the appointments were on time.

That showed me that how much the doctor care about the patients.

I’ve been coming here for around 2 years, I’m very pleased with Dr Quoc Duong, he’s patient and provides information that I need to know.

I had a lovely Doctor today for my injection and didn't feel a thing! Highly recommend!
I also had a flu injection last year and this year downstairs, and again, highly recommend the very friendly Doctors.

Service, atmosphere, friendliness - all great. Would have given 5 stars, but one of the receptionists was talking so loudly on the phone all the time and with her colleague that it was such a nuisance, most inconsiderate.

I was very impressed with the service I received today. I rang to make an appointment for the Covid vaccine and had it 2 hours later. Friendly and efficient staff.

Excellent GP clinic. Dr Duong was so lovely and took the time to speak with me. I've been trying to find a good GP for a while now and I think I'll be sticking with Doctors@Knox for sure.

Booking was made easily through HotDoc, reminders were received just in case I forgot about the appointment. Overall a good service in my opinion.

Tom and I went here to get our Covid shots because our regular clinic isn't doing vaccinations.
Everyone we dealt with either on the phone or in person was friendly, polite, professional and kind.
We were treated extremely well and the nurse who injected me was the best I have ever had.

Visited today for my COVID vaccination. Staff were very helpful, friendly and gave full disclosure of possible side effects. I was very impressed and would go again

Really friendly and helpful Doctors and service staff. In fact, probably the best I’ve had experience with.

Friendly reception staff, comfortable waiting area. The Dr was very attentive and efficient. Scan has been requested and further treatment will be advised at a later date.

Very happy with their service as they listen to your problems then patiently explain and reassure without rushing or being dismissive. That’s all I need:)

The clinic is easily located in the shopping centre. It's modern, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly.

Fantastic reception staff and the Drs are amazing. There is never a long wait as they actually run on time. During consultation the Drs take their time and actually listen to you and always give the best medical advice.

We were visiting Doctors@Knox as it was closer to our home, but wasn't a great experience in the initial visits. We had very long waiting periods despite securing the appointments and same is the case without the appointments (even though we are the first ones to arrive at the centre). Doctors are fine, no issues at all, but be prepared to wait if that's not a concern.

We will definitely be thinking if we need to visit again.

Beyond amazing Been going there for over a year and they are the only ones who have been able to diagnose my daughters possible asthma and have been amazing with helping me with her ear infections. Thanks so much to all the girls especially jo and Brooke. You girls have been so amazingly helpful. Xxx

Saw Dr Pallavi and she was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Had to have a blood test following my appointment and Sharon was fantastic - finding my vein with no problem despite my not being prepared at all for a blood test (no water or eaten yet all day). She was also very friendly and sweet to chat to. Lovely experience.
