Nurse Cindy is a superstar.
Me and my partner visited this clinic for the 2nd time and everyone is really nice here.
Most importantly nurse Cindy is such an amazing, kind, considerate person.
She was very patient with us throughout the process, and we will visit here always only because of her.
Most lovely person we have ever met in a medical setting.thank you Cindy

First time going here, the dr I saw was very comfortable to be around, although she wasn't specialised in the area I came in for. However she was really helpful with providing tests and referring me to another college of hers for a follow up visit.

I have always found the experience helpful at Drs@Knox, even on my worst days they are incredible. Excellent service, well informed and calming.

Reception staff are welcoming and kind. Surgery is calm and peaceful. The lovely doctor I saw Dr Shruti Kotecha is wonderful. It was my first visit and she took the time to get a full medical history and I can not recommend her highly enough.

Professional Gps who are down to earth and dedicated. Nurses are also skillful and friendly. I’ve been to other clinics in the area but this clinic is the best. I’m always happy with their treatments and services.

We love going to see the Drs @ Knox! Always so kind and understanding and really feel heard by the team there.

First time visit to Doctors@Knox. Booked in for a Covid booster. Staff friendly and helpful. Appointment was on time which I find rare in doctors surgeries. Excellent all round experience.

Clean, polite & prompt.no long waits.not busy & organised well for social-distancing. I will be back.:)

Had my 3rd covid jab, the receptionist was lovely, the nurse that have me my injection was polite, empathetic and considerate.
The doctor was helpful and informative- i would definitely go back.

Very professional. Went there for my Moderna booster dose. Was seen by a nurse who was friendly and helpful. She even offered to aspirate my injection when I bought up the subject. Very happy. Seriously considering moving to this clinic.

Got my pfizer vaccine today! Great place and easy to book. Got there early to fill out form but realise i did online which was an easy process. Nurse saw me 5 mins early then expected and was seamless and staff are very friendly. Facilities were really good so you felt safe and the seating was very helpful for social distancing. Would recommened to get your vaccine shot there!

Went to Doctors@Knox for the Pfizer vaccine. All the staff members I encountered were so lovely and it was a super smooth and easy process.

I went to this clinic for the first time to receive a covid vaccination. I was extremely apprehensive however the staff were so friendly and the nurse who administered the vaccination was absolutely lovely! She really put my mind at ease and made me feel confident in my decision without being pushy or judgmental. She understood all of my worries and concerns and did a great job at easing my nerves.
I’ll definitely be returning! All the doctors, reception staff and nurses had a lovely attitude and were smiling and laughing as I waited in the seated area. Was great to see:)

This was our first appt here, and we had to do telehealth due to Covid, but the Dr was lovely on the phone, took time to answer my questions and went through everything with me. I felt listened to and understood, and been given a plan on how to tackle the issue.

Patient and understanding drs. I have PTSD and several social disorders and have trouble communicating what's wrong with me the dr at Knox are very patient and conscious of my needs and help me get what I need to say properly they don't just drop me cause it's complicated
