One of the best customer service experiences I've had thanks to Thomas in store! He was more than happy to help with any questions I had and got me up and running with my new DJI Air 2s. Highly recommend D1 to anybody looking to purchase a drone

Ordered a DJI Air 2S after announcement last night because having experienced ordering the Mavic Air 2 last year during the international shipping delays of the pandemic, I wanted to get in early. Later found out that the stock was already in Australia and that there was a D1 Store in Carindale.

Being the impatient person I am, I wanted to have the drone today and not next week. I emailed the team to see if I can arrange pickup locally. At first I was worried as I had already locked it all in but they were responsive in their reply and were able to help out with fixing up my order so I could go in-store to get it there instead.
Was assisted with WoeiNing today however the entire team is great to deal with. Thank you. Definitely my recommended place to shop for your DJI needs.

Rips off your money takes 3 hours to honour warranty even with video proof drone faulty and charges more money for product from Melbourne central ripoff. It sucks they're thereyre the only good drone brand and they've got terrible dealers.

My drone got stuck in a tree and eventually I got it out but it fell 20m and destroyed the gimbal. Kevin and the rest of the team were very helpful, and offered tips for flying the drone, and helped me with my damaged drone. I was out the door in a very short period with a refurbished drone, and had DJI insurance. Thank you for wonderful customer service and very competitive prices.

Having purchased the dji mini 2 I had a problem which their customer service resolved immediately. Couldn’t have been more impressed!

Was looking for a gimbal for months ended calling the D1 store and they had the exact product I was looking for and told me to come right in. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, overall great experience, Staff member named Thomas helped me through the whole process if you are to visit definitely go in and see Thomas. Store is quite nice itself all products on display for customers to look at, would highly recommend

I had a great day learning more about Mavic Air 2 at DJI Brunswick store. After going for a test flight outside the store I couldn’t wait to own one. Thomas was fantastic at offering me a great price for the Mavic Air 2 combo and a great deal for some accessories along with hard cover carry case. I recommend anyone want to buy from DJI to go and see Thomas at Brunswick store.

I was very happy with the service and assistance provided by the very friendly staff member who examined my drone to calibrate with the controller. He took time to explain each step and advised me on safer ways to handle it. I fully recommend them and will visit them again should I have the need to

Disappointing cause I've bought a $1500 brand new drone from D1Store. Unfortunately I can't activate it in the DJI Fly App (error 1002). It says contact the support but D1Store doesn't reply to my phone calls.
So now I'm stuck with a drone I can't even use. Rip off.

Rip off! D1 Store sent me a pair of sunglasses instead of a drone. $800 for ugly sunglasses that's fair.

Worst service ever. A police report has been opened against D1Store and Woei Ning Tan for rip off.

We are a seventy plus couple looking for a new hobby to pass out time. In our research on drone flying we came across the DJI store Brunswick. Its reviews were too good to be true, hard to believe. So we ventured there to explore. From our first encounter with DJI staff, our experience has proved to be more than what the reviews say. Attendance to customers is prompt and friendly.in addition to being informative. Thomas showed us the drone suitable for beginners, patiently answered all questions and gave a brief demo of how to fly. We were hooked. We got a Mini 2 suitable for our needs.confident from our first encounters with them that we would get good customer support. Thomas helped set up the drone, apps, registration etc and we walked out of the store with the drone ready to fly.
Since then, our questions via email and in person have been sorted out by them quickly and effectively. Chasel and Thomas especially have been of great help, patient in answering our questions. They keep telling us to go in and get help when we have a problem.thats what they are there for they say. And they mean it.proven by our frequent visits and help given to us. What great company philosophy and great staff! Thanks a lot guys for your help, fantastic attitude. You have given us confidence in droning, knowing your support is just a visit away.

D1 Store Brunswick, is my go to store for all things DJI, not only are they competetive with price, for me, getting the best price isn't the only reason, it is there knowledge of all things DJI and their customer service and yes they are a "DJI" official store but they always help with any information you need

I bought a Mavic Air 2 combo and got a great deal (extras) and compliments my P4P beautifully!
