Excellent service from the D1 online shop.
I made an inquiry after hours about the osmo action 3 camrea and I received a reply early the next business day.
I forgot to add some accessories to my order but it was easy to correct through email with one point of contact. Fast and friendly service.

Disgraceful customer service, You better pray you have no issues with your product (which you will) as you'll get no help from D1, don't ever purchase anything with your cash from here you'll never get a refund. No one does their job, they'll rip you off and waste your time as much as possible, talk in circles and lie to deter you from dealing with them. Avoid D1 store like the plague

Cant updrade dji fly, so cant use my $2000 drone.not happy

D1 Store Brunswick ftw! Stoked!

I'd love to give staff member Josh Rennie a personal high five for his energy, customer service and swift response, when I had an issue with my online purchase in the form of a drop-off between PayPal payment and the website on Wednesday afternoon, which meant that I'd paid for my drone and kit, but the order hadn't been reflected in the back-end.

I spoke with Josh at 10: 05am on Thursday morning and by 10: 45am Friday my DJI Mini 3 Drone had been delivered interstate to Bondi Beach.

Big thanks, mate. Excellent customer service!

Repairing a product they get 5/5, however as for customer service via phone communication they get 0/5.on hold for 45 minutes in a queue, then when told I've moved to number 1 in the queue, the message changed to we are closed now and we'll call you back! Unfortunately they NEVER called back and when I finally collected my drone, they said they were busy, which is NO excuse for poor customer service - They should have just called back or answered the phone, as this delay did affect my youtube channel content. They could have just spoken to me and not for me to chase them up, especially after waiting a further 2 days after being told by email it was ready for collection days earlier when I made the call to collect.

Can’t fault them really. Had what I needed when everywhere else was sold out and had the full range of DJI drones and accessories out on display. Its nice to see what you are buying for a change instead of just online all the time.
