Had a great experience at this D1 store! Tom offered exceptional customer service, even stayed back after closing time to answer my questions and assist with my purchase. After purchasing and had a crash with my Mavic Air 2, I seek help from Tom who was not working but still spent his own time guiding me through what went wrong and the steps I should take to make my warranty claim and Care Refresh claim.
Highly recommend this store for anyone who is a beginner like me, as the staff really know how to look after their customers.
